[4e] Speaking while Stunned
The Stunned condition in D&D 4e states that a character can't take actions. Does this include speaking? (AFAIK, speaking is still a free action, therefore an action)

The rule used to specify you could still take free actions, but an update did away with that. Free actions (like speaking) are clearly out.
