My biggest thing here would be that the body needs a bit more to it. At least an outline so that I can see it easier.

Not as epic? Dude, it's almost as though you read my mind and made him exactly as I had imagined it. The only thing that didn't coincide with my original conception was the level of detail in the hat (a good thing.)

First off, the color of the hair is a bit too bright. Could you tone it down a little bit? Like this girl:

Also, the hair seems a little ... big. Could you possibly cut it down a bit, make it smaller, maybe a little less curly? Like, um ... Luna's hair, only a little longer.

Oh, and could you maybe change her expression from a squiggly mouth to a shy, embarrassed smile? As it is, she looks kinda derpy. ^^;
