Pose: Facing right slightly off the audience (so that his gemstone eye can be seen.) Laying down and aiming with a sniper Rifle. Please note that there should be a scar over his right eye. The scope should be held to the left eye, as he can't see out of his right one, this also means that the barrel should be held by the right foreleg and the 'trigger' should be held with his left hoof.
Expressions: He should look as if he's aiming to take out someone (He's an assassin, lordy do I love assassins)
Accessories or costumes: Only accessory that I think he needs are the sniper rifle he's aiming

Banter about a Bender pony had gone back and forth but I haven't seen one yet, so I made one. He's my first unicorn.
I know somebody said he'd "definately" be an earth pony but my reasoning was that having his antenna as a horn was too neat an idea to pass up, plus if he's just got hooves, how's he gonna bend girders??
Quite a few detours from standard ponies, but eh, he's a robo-pony.

I don't think he should have ears and I'm not sure how well the pony eyes translate from the sclera-less Futurama style

I know Bender doesn't have ears and Fry and Leela do but to be honest, if you change as many aspects to suit the Futurama side of it the end result's not really going to be that much of a crossover or at least it's going to be very skewed towards the Groening style whereas I was aiming more for the Groening character but in a more My Little Pony FiM art style...
I'm not sure the image you'd be left with if you took the ears off and changed the eyes further would even be recognisable as a ponytar, apart from the stance, more a quadruped Bender with a (non-pony) tail and a pointy face?

The banner turned out grand, by the by. Rolled my eyes somewhat at the commenter who bemoaned about how the avatarists were blatantly all men though. Hallo there, unfounded and incorrect assumptions!
