A unicorn, Same style as my current one, Midnight blue body, light blue mane, the color of Trixie's would be good. A mane like Trixie's with a tail like twilight's and a highlight the color of Twilight's mane on both.

alternatively, make the body a blue/purple combo, make the Mane and tail like Trixie's and put a purple highlight in the Mane/Tail the same color as Twilight's

A spellbook cutie mark would be good or something to indicate an affinity for magic.

Just a heads up to anyone who has made or received an ponytar:

The plan at the moment is to assemble (at the end of Pony Week) a community banner of all the ponytars that are made for the Pony Theme Week (at the least; ones made otherwise are still welcome). The banner image will be sent to Equestria Daily (the fansite for all things pony) along with a description of the event.

This won't come up until the end of the theme week, though, so no worries yet. I'll post up another reminder in the main theme thread and here as well to remind people to send me (or whoever winds up assembling the image) a copy of their avatar. Which really amounts to just sending a PM so we can see it.

Oh, actually, one thing to think about right now for avatarists. The banner will look better, I think, if whoever is putting it together has access to original .svg's or project files or whatever, so do hang on to those!

TL;DR: Save your ponies for the end of Theme Week, we make a banner, get internet famous!
