Hey.
I found another RPG Screencap comic that's fairly recent!/
Oh, and I first found out about called shots from that D&D film "The Gamers". When I asked my GM about that, he told me I could find it in the DMG.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
So, I'm guessing the average player at a One Piece scenario rolls 1 Googol dice for their finishing attacks?

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Pirates of the Roleplayin' (Has a faulty 'next' button, so you'll have to use the archive... alot)
AND
Critical Miss (Still new, but seems promising and from the sounds of it, there's at least 20 more comics in the buffer)
Go check them out. :p

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Arrg, the next arc looks like its taken from one of the horrible filler episodes, still, i guess that means it will be easy to beat the original in terms of quality :P

Well, the side games going are quite interesting. Just remember not to neglect the main comic.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Well, I had to go back to find all the new comics and then went on a wild goose chase through the internet. You put quite a bit of effort into it and I guess it was worth it.
But one thing I have to note... The series is Fairy Tail, not Tale... I know, it's easy to happen but I feel I should point it out.
A bit surprised at some picks for the Braves... but meh, it's just a one-shot.
I'm still not sure if the April 1st comic was serious... and what to think of the new player.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Interesting crossover, but i really think Trixie should ask the other players what they have killed at level 1 before they get their pants twistet to much
Also, i think that you missed the part about all the other players leveling up to 6 before the start of the crossover?
If not then it would take a seriously hardcore gm to make new players start at level 1 despite thatthnx to Starwoof for the fine avatar

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Thanks for letting me know about that Fairy Tail typo. Btw, don't think too much about the April 1st comic. If you want it to be canon, it's canon. If you don't, it's not. :p
Also, about the guest comic... in my defence, I had already finished all nine pages before Newbiespud finished his first story arc. I should've asked for spoilers. ("~_~)

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Well technically you could assume that since the mane 6 had their marks at level 1, Trixie would have beat the Ursa at level 0/1 to earn hers, and could still be level 6 at the current time. If the next few pages comment on Twilight still being level 1 or something that would still be an issue though :X
Anyway hadn't commented on the OP comic yet, been reading since pretty early and it's great! Really looking forward to some of Usopp's fights and how he's able to work out those strategies :P (and then if the others look at his character sheet... "Strength 11, skill points in Ventriloquism, inventory includes Tobasco, inflatable hammers, windup cockroaches, a rubber band...wtf??!?")
I'm totally going to copy Luke's diplomacy tactic at some point too ^_^

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Alright, looking at the cast page, I don't recognize the character Rika is going to play. I have only read the manga so I am guessing this character is only in the anime.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Its if nothing else interesting because its a episode that doesnt appear in the manga, though at the same time i didnt find the new char that interesting again, i gotta admit the entire episode does feel a bit rushed.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Yea, Rika's fast talking annoys me. I didn't find it funny at first and it has gotten less funny since.
Speaking of Rika, did...did her character get beheaded? At first I thought her helmet just got knocked off, but I don't think I see a head attached to her body.
This is shocking since I thought her character in the show (or movie as the case may be) was a kid rather than simply short. Of course I may be wrong on that, in fact I think it is likely that I am. I know One Piece can be dark at times, but beheading a kid this early in the series seems a little much.
