Nice comic, interesting use of speak bubble, to block off the really important information regarding the char sheet

    Heh. Pretty sweet comic.

Managed to capture the typical ambience of a fairly entertaining roleplaying group fairly well, and I'm absolutely loving Luffy thus far. Lucky jerk managed to slip an item that gives a +2 template behind the DM's back, huh?

Nice read again, bit hard to see what happends in the last panels though, i assume Luffy's crazy defence let him counter-sunder the trash pirates attacks or something?

I didn't know if you were allowed to use Improved Sunder with an AOO, so I decided to leave it a bit ambiguous as to what happened there.

Neways, editted the comic a bit:

ahh, nice comic, i like both the witty banter, and the pain of Coby's player, it seems clear he will replace the guy at the first opportunity.

We know where Zoro comes from now.

How do you get badass like that? Somebody who failed the first time and is trying HARD the second. :P

Otherwise... he become Ussop, because his life stinks.

nono, we know Zorro is allready in the story, remember the gm freaking out about the ½ giant ½ fishman evil hybrid swordsman?

    Well, new comic.

I like Luffy's player, he makes a lot of sense for how Luffy is going to act, the GM on the other hand sounds like an evil bastard.

Omg... losing xp for rambling? None of my d&d chars would ever have made it past first level

In fairness, it seems to be more really, really high DR, since people can break through it if their hearts are filled with love, or they hurt his soul.

But yeah, this's shaping up beautifully. Gotta wonder if that Logia line was a reference to a future character of his...

But thats just because they are then able to change their damage type, or get to add additional untyped damage on their attacks.

Cant really be, we know what fruit users end up in the crew, and none of them has the crazy power of a logia type.
