Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Now remember, if you find traps, search for traps again. The traps could be trapped.
Also, I love the overly paranoid attitude Cory has here. Has he had bad experiences with traps before?
Edit: Too bad, no treasure map for Nami.Last edited by Vent Reynolt; 2011-08-12 at 11:15 PM.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Well, not bad. Sure its not as exciting, but with the current villain beat, all that remains is the handling of a few affars, then off to the next.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Ugh, I hate games that make you buy a means of transportation. Ether one character has to basically make the sacrifice (as gamers are selfish and the concept of pooling resources is foreign to them), or in the case of one setting I've played the game expects from the beginning you can't afford anything so they just start you out with massive debt (which actually makes for a really good background as to why you are adventuring in the first place).

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Wow, a ship is worth like... A LOT. What did these guys spend their money on? Oh, right, food... and crazy sharp katanas.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Well, in all fairness to Luffy, that is a really nice straw hat, so no wonder it costs as much as much as a ship.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Small typo there; Nami says "campaing" instead of campaign.
Once again, you demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the world of One Piece, so I look forward to future comics."Why is it that we receive a penny for our thoughts, but have to put in our 2 cents?"

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
The moment I've been waiting for. Seriously, I was wondering how Coby got cut out of the picture.
Originally I figured it would be due to the DM trying to enforce people playing only one character, but he seemed awfully fine with the dual character thing up to this point so I knew it wouldn't have been that, and with all the munchkining going on I also knew that Zoro's player wouldn't give up his second charicter willingly without a really good reason...

Yes, this will come back later.
SpoilerMuch later. The Marine Headquarter arc is very, very far away from this point in the story.Avatar by Emperor Ing

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Now the fun can begin.
SpoilerThe GM is might have some fun that his current villain is completely immune to Zoro. And he will certainly like having the whole party together, that makes it easier to run the game.Last edited by ThePhantom; 2011-08-26 at 12:54 PM.

Well... that's something we had never happen... We just talk about stuff off game until the GM starts breaking stuff to get our attention or make us shut up

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Yeah, I think we know. Still, one tends to forget (or me at least) Poor Nami... Not to ruin the joke but wasn't she carrying something in the anime? I forgot... well... Maybe the DM's punishing the wrong person but I guess it's just fair.

Silly Nami, don't you realize that adventuring equipment comes with portable extradimensional spaces? Just say it's all in your backpack.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
I totally want that deat Zoro got. Sounds like amazing fun if you can please the DM enough not to kill you instantly.
