Zel slowly moves off her bed. I'd say Trog's. Probably a better atmosphere.

Vasquez nods before standing to return the bows. "You may both leave if you wish. You know how to keep in touch with us."

Robot

Geoff looks it over. "Shut down, and repairs will be made." If the robot does so, he'll begin to repair it's damaged functions.

Idari smiles gratefully. "Thanks."

She sighs. "Worst part isn't that, though. It's the memories."

Teb doesn't hesitate to stay there and makes no move to leave. " I would prefer to start helping here with what I can if that is alright. From what I've heard you could use any help you can get. " The drow says not rubbing it in but just stating it as fact and the fact was that they need help, that he was there to help, so why not have him start helping.

"As I said, I know you want to run Inside, so here's the deal, you're going to get your chance. And it'll be by doing the worst thing imaginable to you. Gordon, you're going to be a politician." She says with a chuckle. "You'll get your spot at the head of Inside, but only with a dozen others at your side. Whatever you do will have to be fought for against people who would kill you with absolutely no fear of you, or doubt that they're just in doing so if you even make a single hostile move against them."

"Interesting. For once, you thought outside of the box, and it was a good idea. Now then, are you going to get this goo off me, or will I have to wait?"

Gordon tilts his head.

"That would have to depend on what you're going to do now, isn't it?" Vasquez says.

Comm Center

She just shrugs and gets back to work, not really able to socialize too much at once.

Command Tent

"For the moment, we have it under control for the most part, but that won't last. Do you already have a base set up?"

"Well, considering that right now I have no reason to harm you or your people, what do you think I would do if I was loose?"

Gordon tilts his head again, his eyes hidden behind his sunglasses.

Viima lowers her head to sniff at the small dogs approaching her. She'll try to gently push the one trying to nurse away and snarl at the silly puppy trying to assert dominance. The one offering to play is welcomed with a gentle swish of her tail.
Dipsnig strokes Viima's head, knowing that the wolf is too well-trained to try to hurt the dogs. He's fine with waiting and he's currently talking in rapid Goblin with one of Grimzig's subordinates.

The disappointed puppy whimpers. He misses his mummy.

The dominant puppy starts barking and continuing to growl, her hackles up. Grrr! You're not going to hurt my brothers! I won't let you! Grrrr!

The playful puppy sniffs Viima all over and play bows and makes happy noises. She thinks her sister is silly.

Carl's Quarters

Charity finally dries her eyes. Snuggling a pair of wriggling puppies does help with that. "I guess I could go tell her the puppies are doing good." She scritches Archer's ears, as he curls up in a ball and seems to be in need of a nap. "Why haven't they resurrected Carl yet? Is there some kind of problem?"

Feia's smile twitches a little at the question.
"Hopefully not something regrettable."

Carl's Quarters

Edijar holds the other pug in his arm, at his side, as he holds onto Charity as well. "Resurrections are low on the list, and the clerics still have to recover from the shock of the Event. Should be in a few days though."

Courtyard

"Probably something stupid." Vasquez pulls out a sheet of paper, like the others given out by the Informants, and tapes it to the ooze encasing Gordon. "Show up, by yourself, without weapons, or your seat is forfeit, understand?"

"You have such low opinions of me. Now then. I believe I would have to go to do that, so get me out of this,"

Gordon can be patient, but when you are covered in goo its hard to be patient.

Ignoring Gordon for a moment, Feia turns to Vasquez.
"This means he is free to return to AMEN, yes?"

Carl's Quarters

Charity falls silent. She is remembering her near death experience when her heart had stopped, and the feeling of peace. Finally she gets to her feet. "I guess we can go and tell her the puppies are napping and adorable."

They lock up and head out.

The Courtyard

As Charity crosses the courtyard on her way to the machine shop, she sees a beautiful sight. Gordon. Covered with goo.

Yeah, she's snickering. Quietly, because she doesn't want to draw his notice, but snickering all the same.

Edijar can't help but snicker too. Vasquez gives a nod and opens her comm. "Teleblock override. Gordon. AMEN." She says, and if all works, Gordon will find himself, goo and all, teleported directly to AMEN.


The Siren carrying Harnel will land nearby, and he should awake feeling rested.

Teb shakes his head. " No, I don't. Neither do I need to. For myself at least. I travel light and quietly. " Emphasis on the quiet part.

Feia considers releasing the ectoplasm when Gordon is released, but instead just opts for removing her glyphs instead.
Except the chinchilla one. Let that be a surprise.

"Certainly could have gone worse."

And away Gordon goes, but not before giving Edijar and Charity a look that promises unpleasant things.

((reiterating appearance for those who haven't been followng my character))

Harnel is still dressed in his rather tattered clothing - the only bits of his sky blue tee-shirt that remain are those that were held down by his weapon harness. His brown fatigue pants are scorched along the bottoms, but weren't terribly damaged. His weapon harness is undamaged, and holds a Thunder Hammer, an Ori Staff, and a Particle Magnum. On his stomach, his scales are still bruised, but the gash along his arm seem to have closed on its own while he slept, though it's not fully healed. In general, he just flat out looks a lot less beat up than last night.

He slips off the siren like the trained rider he is, and says, "Thank you. If you ever feel like eating at the scrapyard again, I'd be happy to pay for it. The same goes for the others as well.". Then he'll turn towards the main building, waving his thanks and goodbye to the friendly metallic creature, before turning towards where he's going.

The Siren will slither in front of Harnel and point him in the direction of Vasquez in the middle of the courtyard.

Meanwhile, in the... Machine Shop

"I don't think we can do it, Geoff," Sunny says, looking at a set of plans.

Idari sighs. "Anything for me to do right now, or should I familiarise myself with the new headquarters?"

[Halae]

Harnel looks at the siren with surprise, bu then nods, "Aright, thanks."

He's quite impressed by Vasquez's appearance, having been around armor all his life he can appreciate a high quality set. She looks regal, a leader. Just the kind of person to talk to.

Harnel will move up to her and bow, "Hello. Are you in charge here?"

Lady Feia is still lurking in the general area, perhaps seeking confirmation of the Remnant's end of the bargain.
Assaulting and capturing Gordon seemed a rather fair trade for pointlessly attacking their base itself.

She's also on a bit of schedule. If she recalls, some imbeciles were preparing to invade her castle.

[Zefir]

Gate

"I have nothing to gain since I think AMEN isn't really aware of me. But we both knew they got great mages and stuff which could make me a sleeper. I won't mind if you got some non violant plans to clear this. It will be in my intresst as well."

Got misses I think.

Work Shop

Geoff shakes his head. "That's what the elementals are for. To keep her stable at the start. Just to get your hover engines in place. The hard part is going to be activating them all at the same time. I've made plans so the bottom will be curved too, to keep the weight balanced and structure intact."

Courtyard

Several helicopters and planes begin to land in the area, but Vasquez doesn't seem to mind. She gives a polite nod to the sorceress before turning to the newcomer. However, she rests her hand on her pistol by instinct when Harnel approaches. "I am."

Comm Center

"You should get familiar with the base. We're going to be moving soon." She tells her ominously.

Gate

"We'd have to mindrip you, implant subconscious suggestions, and cast a few geas on you." Dizzy tells Zefir. "It'd be more than a little painful. That said, we probably wouldn't mind paying you as a mole in AMEN. You'd work for us as a contractor, but wouldn't really be one of us."

Harnel smiles, "You hold yourself like a leader should."

"My name is Harnel Therishein, and I'm from WATCHTOWER. I came by to warn you that there's an apparent psychopath on the loose. Some sort of nature magic user that sets traps for people looking to help others Vasquez may, of course, notice how bruised he is and tattered his clothes are, and I'm guessing she wouldn't have risen so high if she couldn't put two and two together.
