Default Highest-Burning Crown Style [Exalted 2e SMA] (PEACH)

This is the incomplete first part, at least, which I wanted to go ahead and get feedback on. I still need to do the elder sutra Charms. This is actually my first piece of homebrew I've ever done for Exalted, so PEACH the hell out of this. In particular, I'm not the best with Keywords, so I probably left something out on most of the Charms. Also kind of worried about Burning Legion of the Tyrant and the Form charm. Thanks!

    Highest-Burning Crown Style

    *INSERT AWESOME FLUFF HERE*

In the Age of Sorrows, this style is practiced by only a few. Those who practice it are seen as arrogant and self-righteous, usually with good cause. It's historical link to Sidereals suspected of being akuma and the style's Loom-tangling powers make it even less attractive to prospective students.

Weapons and Armour: This style may not be used with any weapons, nor may it be used with any armor.

The Student's Sutra of Lordship: Once there was a regal maiden...

    Skyscraping Magnanimity
    Cost: 1m, 1wp (+special); Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4
    Type: Simple
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Servitude
    Duration: Instant
    Prerequisite Charms: None
    ...who ruled all she surveyed.

Focusing their mighty will onto a subject they can see, the martial artist's make them a silent offer for the cost of a single mote and temporary Willpower. The subject of this Charm instantly knows the terms of this Charm and what it entails.

If they accept the offer, the subject kneels to the martial artist, and instantly gains an Intimacy of terrified awe towards the martial artist. For the rest of the scene, they may not make an attack of any nature towards the martial artist. However, the martial artist may not attack the subject for the rest of the scene.

If they refuse, the martial artist may allow this refusal to go unchallenged, or they may force the issue. The martial artist rolls (Charisma+Presence) against the target's Parry MDV. If they succeed, the subject is affected as if they had accepted the offer. If the attempt fails, no additional effects take place. Using this secondary ability costs extra motes equal to (target's Essence score times four). If the target is an extra, there is no extra cost. If the target is Exalted, it also costs an additional temporary Willpower.

At Essence 6+, the the martial artist may use this Charm against as many targets as he wants, paying the initial cost once, and then paying any subsequent costs for each individual targeted.

    Judging the Lowly Subject
    Cost: 3m (+10m, 1wp); Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4
    Type: Reflexive
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Shaping
    Duration: Instant
    Prerequisite Charms: Skyscraping Magnanimity
She stood atop the highest mountain

The martial artist may spend three motes to mark a target that he can see. This instantly gives him knowledge of the target's Essence score relative to himself (higher or lower).

In addition, for the rest of the scene, the martial artist may reflexively pay ten motes, one Willpower to either raise or decrease the target number of one of the target's actions that he can perceive by one, punishing or rewarding his subject as he likes. This use is Obvious as streams of green fire flicker around the body of the marked target. Using this ability ends the mark on the subject.

    Final Argument of Kings
Cost: 1wp (6m per attack); Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4
    Type: Simple
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
    Duration: One scene
    Prerequisite Charms: Skyscraping Magnanimity
and crushed all that dared climb it.

The martial artist's anima flashes green, and when it withdraws, countless green sparks hang in the air around the martial artist, orbiting the martial artist, imposing -1 external penalty on attempts to attack the martial artist. Over the next five ticks, they collect to form a blazing green orb the size of a fist. On the fifth tick, the martial artist may reflexively attack with the orb for seven motes, flashing out trailing green sparks and exploding with a flash of green fire that rolls over the target, with a fixed range of (Martial Arts x10) yards. This attack deals (Essence)A damage, has the Piercing tag, and may attack dematerialized targets. As the sphere of fire detonates, the sparks left behind by the sphere come to the martial artist and begin to collect, and the martial artist may attack again in five ticks.

If an attack by this Charm slays a target, the fire washing over the target forms into Old Realm runes smoldering with green fire burn themselves into the flesh of the target, proclaiming the glory of the martial artist. Anyone reading these runes instantly gains an Intimacy of terrified awe towards the martial artist. Essence users may ignore this imposed Intimacy by reflexively spending one Willpower.

    Rebellious Sun Rebuke
Cost: 7m; Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4
    Type: Reflexive (Step 8)
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
    Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Judging the Lowly Subject
One day, she looked to the sky

Among the countless stars, some dare shine bright enough to challenge the glory of the sun. That light must be denied. This Charm sets the martial artist's soak to infinite in Step 8 after all other modifiers, as the martial artist faces the blow fully and allows it to break on his majesty. As a special Flaw of Invulnerability, this Charm may only be used against the attacks of targets with equal or greater Essence than the martial artist.

    Grand Burning Bitchslap Prana
    Cost: 2wp (+special); Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 5
    Type: Simple
    Keywords: Shaping
    Duration: One day
Prerequisite Charms: Final Argument of Kings
and saw the sun ruling there.

    ...

    Possession is the Law
    Cost: 4m or 11m, 1wp; Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 5
    Type: Reflexive (Step 2)
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
    Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: Rebellious Sun Rebuke, Burning Legion of the Tyrant
    She reached up in fury

The martial artist need not ask, only take. By spending four motes, the martial artist may conjure any unattuned item he can see within (Essencex5) yards that he can hold in one hand. If the item is being held by someone, the martial artist rolls (Charisma+Presence) against the target's Parry MDV. If the martial artist succeeds, the target is compelled to drop the item, and if the martial artist fails, the target resists the compulsion and keeps the item.

The martial artist may also use this Charm on attuned artifacts, but it costs 16 motes and 2 temporary Willpower. If they succeed in summoning the attuned item, they martial artist forces the spirit of the item into submission, and for the rest of the scene, the martial artist is treated as if they were attuned to this item. They do not gain any magical material bonuses.

Any weapons gained with this Charm are treated as form weapons for this style during the scene in this Charm was used.

    Highest-Burning Crown Form
    Cost: 23m, 1wp; Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 5
    Type: Simple
    Keywords: Form-type, Obvious
    Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: One complete Celestial Martial Art (all Charms), Possession is the Law
and the sun struck her down.

The martial artist's anima blazes to full iconic status as a crown of green fire settles onto their brow and their eyes blaze green. While this Charm is active, all who approach within (Martial Arts x5) yards are automatically subject to the effects of Skyscraping Magnanimity and Judging the Lowly Subject, for no initial cost to the martial artist. The martial artist is automatically aware of all beings within this distance, and knows exactly where they are, even if they are dematerialized (this does not grant any ability to attack those targets).

He may also force the little gods of the land around him to his will as a miscellaneous action, shaping the land within (Martial Arts x5) yards around himself. He rolls (Charisma+Presence). Difficulties are ultimately up to the Storyteller, but usually a simple feature such as a hill carries a difficulty of 1, an intricately carved stone pillar would be difficulty 2, and an impossible feature, like a stone bridge spanning a cliff supported only by a single thread of rock, would be difficulty 3. Any such impossible features succumb to the normal laws of Creation after this Charm is ended.

    Fading Glory Remembrance
Cost: 4m per dot; Mins: Martial Arts 6, Essence 6
    Type: Supplemental
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Shaping, Obvious
    Duration: One scene
    Prerequisite Charms: Highest-Burning Crown Form
The Master's Sutra of Lordship: The maiden fell from the mountain...

Those who were once mighty are cannibalized by those that rose up to replace them. So it goes with all things. The martial artist may touch a target with a lower Essence than him as part of an unarmed attack, and rip all that is worthy out of him. If he successfully touches the target, he may transfer dots of any valid trait to the martial artist for a cost of four motes per dot, up to the martial artist's normal maximum for that trait. Valid traits are any Attribute, any Ability, any Background representing an inherent quality of the target, any Virtue, Essence, and Willpower. Increasing Essence, Willpower, or a Virtue increases the maximum mote or temporary Willpower pool, but does not provide new motes or temporary Willpower. The target loses the dots temporarily if he survives the attack the martial artist made, but gains them back at the end of the scene as the martial artist loses them.

    Taking You With Me
Cost: 1m; Mins: Martial Arts 6, Essence 6
    Type: Reflexive (Step 9)
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
    Duration: Instant
    Prerequisite Charms: Fading Glory Remembrance
    ...and landed below.

If the martial artist is ever struck by an attack that would slay him, he may pay 1 mote to unleash one of two attacks of incredible potency, fueled by the rage he feels at the impossible event of his defeat. He may unleash a counterattack of all-consuming green fire spiraling from his wounds to destroy his attacker and himself alike. This counterattack is unblockable and deals infinite lethal damage. Alternatively, he may explode in sphere of green light that spreads instantaneously out to (Essence) miles, dealing 3A damage to all that it's light touches. It may only be blocked or parried by Essence-based defenses. Small animals and plants within this radius die, and nothing will ever grow on ground this Charm touches again.

If the martial artist uses this Charm, he is slain instantly. Not even Step 10 perfect defenses may save him from his own wrath.

    Bow Before the Destroyer
Cost: Special; Mins: Martial Arts 7, Essence 7
    Type: Simple
    Keywords: Shaping, Obvious, Servitude, Combo-OK
    Duration: Indefinite
Prerequisite Charms: Taking You With Me
She cared not for those she crushed in her fall

As the martial artist strikes down a foe, dealing enough damage to kill them, he may offer them a silent offer, similar to that of Skyscraping Magnanimity, for no cost. The target understands that swearing this oath will mean total servitude. If the target refuses, they die. If the target accepts, the martial artist commits motes equal to the target's (Essence/2, rounded up), and a brand in Old Realm proclaiming devotion to the martial artist burns itself into the target's left hand in a flare of green flame, and then spread to cover the wounds of the target, searing them shut and converting all lethal and aggravated levels of damage to bashing.

For a lunar month, the target is sworn to obey all orders that the martial artist gives, in spirit and letter, and his Motivation changes to reflect this. The martial artist may communicate with the branded subject telepathically and instantaneously by reflexively spending a mote. If the martial artist withdraws the motes he has committed, the brand on the left hand of the target flashes to cover the branded, consuming him instantly. At the end of the lunar month, the brand flashes one final time, and then disappears. The target is left unharmed wherever he may be. His Motivation changes to it's previous state, and he is no longer bound to the martial artist. The martial artist gains back the motes committed to the target.

This Charm may be used against the Dragon-Blooded, but the martial artist must commit (target's Essence) motes, and spend one Willpower to activate the Charm. The martial artist may not withdraw the motes he has committed to a Terrestrial Exalted.

This Charm may not be used on Celestial Exalted. The power which struck down the Primordials trumps it utterly.

    Day Will Come Again
    Cost: 5m, 2wp; Mins: Martial Arts 7, Essence 7
    Type: Reflexive (Step 2)
    Keywords: Obvious, Combo-OK
    Duration: Up to (Essence) months
Prerequisite Charms: Bow Before the Destroyer
and she turned her gaze to the mountain.

The martial artist may activate this Charm in response to an attack, perfectly dodging the attack, even undodgeable attacks. His form twists and then explodes outward in a flash of green light, spreading to the corners of Creation and beyond instantaneously. While in this state, the martial artist effectively does not exist, and all attempts to divine his location or status show as such. No known ability may attack or summon him in this form.

The martial artist remains discorporated for at least one week as a special Flaw of Invulnerability, and up to (Essence) months. After the week, he may end this Charm at any time. Once his time is up, flashes of green light return to a location within (Essence x10) miles of the location where the martial artist used this Charm, converging to form his body.

For every month, rounded down, that the martial artist spent discorporated, he learns one secret that will, if properly applied, lead to significant harm of the enemy who attacked him. He does not remember his time discorporated, where these secrets came from, the meaning of these secrets, or how to apply them.

Example: Striding Indu, a Lunar akuma, is fighting the Mask of Winters on a botched mission into Thorns. Severely outclassed and wounded, Indu uses Day Will Come Again in response to a swing of the Deathlord's daiklave. His next thought is one month later, seventy miles outside of Thorns. He slinks away to heal his wounds, only one thought on his mind. "Look within the heart of the beast."

    King Is Kingdom Approach
    Cost: 15m, 1wp; Mins: Martial Arts 7, Essence 7
    Type: Simple
    Keywords: Combo-Basic, Obvious, Shaping
    Duration: Five actions
Prerequisite Charms: Day Will Come Again
    She returned to the mountain

    ...

    All That Is Mine
    Cost: - (1 Limit or 1 Limit, 3wp); Mins: Martial Arts 8, Essence 8
    Type: Permanent
    Keywords: None
    Duration: Permenant
Prerequisite Charms: King Is Kingdom Approach
and tore the sun from the sky.

The martial artist need never fear losing what is his again. The martial artist may designate up to (Essence) things that he owns. Valid targets for this Charm include his own body, mind, or soul, the body, mind, or soul of a subject that has sworn an oath of fealty to him, an item he owns, or a territory he owns up to (Essence x100) square yards in size. He may swap out any number of subjects of this Charm by meditating for one minute.

Any time someone attempts to unnaturally alter this possession while it is in the same plane of existence, the martial artist perfectly understands what the alteration entails. He may allow it to go forward, or he may reflexively perfectly resist the alteration by asserting his rulership over the possession. Doing so costs 1 Limit, as the strain of inviolability wears on the martial artist.

The martial artist may use this Charm to defend against damage as a Step 10 perfect defense, but doing so costs 3 temporary Willpower in addition to the point of Limit. He may never use this Charm to defend against the effects of the Great Curse.

    Smash Down the Light
Cost: ; Mins: Martial Arts 8, Essence 8
    Type: Permanent
    Keywords: None
    Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: All That Is Mine
She crushed it in her hand,

    ...

    Restless Sun Apotheosis
Cost: 50m; Mins: Martial Arts 9, Essence 9
Type: Simple (Speed 5, DV -3)
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious, Shaping, Blasphemy
    Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: Smash Down the Light
and stood on the summit alone.

As the martial artist activates this Charm, there is a moment of stillness for five seconds that can be felt across the breadth of Creation and Heaven, as the shinma themselves remember a time when the Empyreal Chaos ruled all that was. Inside Malfeas, the light of Ligier flickers madly in sympathy, and all of the forms of Malfeas cease their movement momentarily as they remember a greater time.

And at the end of the five seconds, even if momentarily, the all-ruling light of the Empyreal Chaos returns to Creation. Within an area of (Essence) miles around the martial artist that moves with him, the Daystar or the Silver Chair is replaced in the sky by a burning green sun shining with an eldritch light not seen since the end of the Primordial War. This light seems to focus on the martial artist, warping the very air around him with long-dead designs reflecting the glory of Malfeas-That-Was. During Calibration, this sun may be seen from anywhere in Creation, although this Charm still only affects the normal area.

For the duration of the scene, the martial artist may, as a Simple (Speed 5, DV -3) action, duplicate the effects of the Charms Shinmaic Calibration or Shinmaic Communion, for a cost of 1m, 1wp. He rolls (Essence+Willpower+Presence), and the Charm may only affect an area of (Essence) miles around him. Any lasting effects go away at the end of the scene.

Highest-Burning Crown Form should definitely be a Holy Charm, considering it messes with the sole province of the Holy keyword.

EDIT: It should also be Axiomatic, considering its interaction with Creatures of the Void designation.

Rebellious Sun Rebuke seems odd. The stronger you get, the less things you can stop.

This... isn't making any sense to me. What is this styles theme? The imagery of green flame makes me think of Malfeas, but you've got charms that are both Holy and Blasphemous. I don't think you can have it both ways. The Blasphemous keyword was made specifically to let Heaven know when Yozi charms are being used in Creation, and Yozi can't gain access to Holy charms (and Primordials certainly never had them).

I'm certainly up for revising it, but as SMA perfects go, RSR is pretty cheap, so I wanted to give it a fairly significant Flaw to counterbalance it. And thematically, it makes sense.

The style was created by a Sidereal akuma back in the First Age, in emulation of Malfeas and Ligier, in an attempt to corrupt the Solar lords he taught it to. It's theme is pretty much the same as what you see in the Malfeas Excellency, but more specifically it's about tyranny (or leadership perverted through the lens of a Yozi).

I'm not certain about the Blasphemous keyword, but it made sense at the time, as you are basically ripping the laws of Heaven out of the local area and imposing your will on the area. I'm probably going to redo the Form charm, though. The Holy keyword wasn't there originally, but I added it on the suggestion of TRD. I'm kind of uncertain, again, but it does mess with creatures of darkness.

Creatures of darkness do not mess with creatures of darkness. Only those with access to Holy effects can do so. Not to mention that creatures of darkness cannot create Holy Charms, either.

If it emulates Malfeas and Ligier, then the Holy keyword don't belong there. That has nothing to do with Malfeas, and neither does the Axiomatic keyword. I suggest starting over from scratch with the form charm.

The Holy keyword does belong there, though. Not thematically, but mechanically. Only Holy effects ever get to mess with creatures of darkness.

Also, if you want to keep the Charm as is, I will mention that all methods of declaring creatures of darkness (except for Highest of Holies) have the Shaping keyword. Your Charm should have the same Keyword as well.

True, but if this is a style emulating Malfeas, then there shouldn't be any Holy effects at all. It needs to make sense mechanically and thematically. Especially if it's a Sidereal Martial Art.

You can change the thematics. Creating a coherent and balanced SMA is much harder than coming up with thematics for it.

Which begs the question, is this at least semi-coherent and balanced?

If it's not, what can I do to make it that way, besides changing the Form charm, which is already on the plate (I would appreciate suggestions, though)? Also, do you find this boring, cool, or whatever? if the reaction to this is a resounding "meh", I'll scrap it and rewrite it from the ground-up, because I would like to do this right.

EDIT: And the thematics can be shifted. The akuma bit, in particular, is just style-creation fluff, and has pretty much nothing to do with the meat of the style.

The first charm definitely needs the Shaping keyword, since it messes with other characters' target numbers.

Skyscraping Magnanimity is certainly a bit weak compared to it's prerequisite. It feels more like the gateway charm for this style than the other one. Why is the (Charisma + Presence) rolled against Parry MDV? Why not Dodge MDV?

Final Argument of Kings feels too close to Green Sun Nimbus Flare... and too CMA in power. I'd recommend a buff in both power, and strangeness. More damage, and... let's see... The martial artist invokes floating Old Realm characters of green flame, allowing him to launch them at foes. This deals (Herp Derp Blah Blah) damage.

Rebellious Sun Rebuke needs to be called out as a perfect soak. There are plenty of ways to ignore hardness.

The soldiers created with Burning Legion of the Tyrant seem too weak. They'll get easily one-shotted by most enemies, and even entirely ignored by others.

I would most certainly NOT pay 16 motes and 2 willpower for Possession is the Law.

You've already heard my feelings on the Form charm. The style as a whole seems fine, it's just the form that throws everything off a bit.

    Done.

Skyscraping Magnanimity is certainly a bit weak compared to it's prerequisite. It feels more like the gateway charm for this style than the other one. Why is the (Charisma + Presence) rolled against Parry MDV? Why not Dodge MDV?
That is a good point, and I kind of agree. Switched them around.

It's Parry MDV because you're forcing them to take notice and heed your will. You can't ignore it, only deflect it.

    Rewritten.

Rebellious Sun Rebuke needs to be called out as a perfect soak. There are plenty of ways to ignore hardness.
    Good point. Done.

Yeah, I know. I scrapped it and am trying to think up a replacement.

I was thinking that the ability to, say, take away a melee character's grand killstick for a scene with no way to get it back was really good.

Form Charm is rewritten, at least for now. Might change it again, but I think it's better.

Work continues on the last half of the Style.

Oh it is! It's just not 16 motes and 2 temporary willpower good. And since each point of willpower approximates to (I think) 4 motes, that's a 24 more value. And the thing is! If you're fighting... any kind of Exalt really, this is what will happen:

Sidereal: Ha HA! I have stolen your weapon! What will you do now?!

    Solar: Glorious Solar Saber.
Abyssal: Mirror to above charm (can't recall name).
Infernal: Mind-Hand Manipulation/Ichor Flux Tendrils/Vitrolic Corona Endowment/Shintai that is much scarier than the weapon you just stole.
Lunar: Claws of the Silver Moon + Deadly Beastman Transformation + Assload of Fury charms.
Dragon-Blood: Weapon-Creating Dragon-Blood charm. His friends also have the same.

The point is they've lost a single weapon (which usually has a small commitment), and can create (or become) more that you can't actually steal. For cheaper than what you just spent to steal it. And you might actually be worse off than you were before if you force them to resort to other charms.

And of course there are the Sutras that make these much cheaper, but not everyone who can use SMAs can use those.

    *bump*

Had a burst of inspiration while working on a non-related Exalted thing, and I finished up most of the other Charms.

Still have three to go, but I'd like feedback on the rest.

Dude... What is up with Restless Sun Apotheosis? I could totally understand making use of a version of Wyld Shaping Technique that lets you mess with the landscape, and create entire armies in an instant, but mirroring the Shinmaic charms? I strongly advise against that.

Taking You With Me should be called out as only activating when you would die normally, eliminating the need for that last line, which is breaking the golden (derp) rule of Exalted: Perfects never fail. Ever.

I'm cool with Fading Glory Remembrance.

Bow Before the Destroyer feels too close to Magnanimous Warning Glyph. I understand that that's kind of the point, but still... The same goes for All That Is Mine. Feels too much like Purity of Madness Defense and Solipsistic Rejection of Impossibilities.

And I would very much like to see Grand Burning Bitchslap Prana.

Eh. True. But it is an Essence 9 SMA Charm, and it's a slightly weaker version of two Solar Charms that you can get two dots of Essence lower, so...

I thought about writing my own long list of effects you could pull with RSA, but I decided just letting it mimic the Shinmaic Charms did pretty much the same thing, and was probably better balanced.

    True. Rewritten.

    Excellent.

Bow Before the Destroyer feels too close to Magnanimous Warning Glyph. I understand that that's kind of the point, but still...
It's close, but they do different things. MWG doesn't pull flat-out mind control, and is basically just a stick you beat people with if they do something you don't like. Conceptually, it's sort of a mindrapey version of a Defeat Means Friendship Charm. If you can think of a better way to do that, I'd welcome the suggestion.

The same goes for All That Is Mine. Feels too much like Purity of Madness Defense and Solipsistic Rejection of Impossibilities.
Again, close, but those two Charms only allow you to do it yourself. I'll think about a way to distance it a bit more, though.

And I would very much like to see Grand Burning Bitchslap Prana.

Because it's all about, at that level, rejecting everything that is and substituting your own will on the fabric of reality, if only briefly.

And shouldnt there be Paradox or something?
Not a bad idea. Blasphemy does sort of the same thing, but I'll reread the Paradox rules and maybe add it in.

Glad you like it. I think.

Is this related to the SMA the Daystar knows?
Nope. Though I'm thinking of writing up that one, too.

Teaching this one to the Daystar would produce... interesting results, though.

And Grand Burning Bitchslap Prana will be used on all Pungivers.

I get what you're going for here, but the Shinmaic charms are a uniquely Solar effect, and I really don't know if even Sidereal Martial Arts are supposed to reach that level. What did you plan on having Restless Sun Apotheosis to begin with?

Magnanimous Warning Glyph could most certainly pull flat-out mind control, given the right expansion charms. And Purity of Madness defense is extended to the Infernal's possessions at Essence 3.

My personal belief is that SMAs should aim for a balance point slightly below that of Solar Charms, with higher costs and weirder effects.

And Restless Sun Apotheosis is really supposed to be a "do anything you want" Charm, where the martial artist's command of the principle of rulership expands to cover the base fundamentals of existence.

Magnanimous Warning Glyph could most certainly pull flat-out mind control, given the right expansion charms. And Purity of Madness defense is extended to the Infernal's possessions at Essence 3.
True. I'll think about how to distance them.

Also, I'm trying to think of how to rewrite Taking You With Me, and failing. It activates in Step 9, because it's a counterattack, but you don't technically take damage until Step 10. And there are perfect defenses in Step 10, including one in this very style. Suggestions?

EDIT: And any comments on Day Will Come Again?

    Grand Burning Bitchslap Prana
Cost: 1m; Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 5
    Type: Supplemental
    Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
    Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Pimping Ain't Easy Approach
She said "Ho best be giving me my money"

The martial artist never need suffer lip again. The martial artist draws back his hand, glowing with green light, and then slaps a bitch. At the moment of impact, glowing green Old Realm characters saying "Oh SNAP!" appear in mid-air around the target. Charm may enhance any unarmed strike, making it hit automatically, breaking even perfect defenses. No counterattacks me be used in response to this attack. This attacks damage is set to 1 bashing damage in Step 10. After being struck by this Charm, the target may take no action for (martial artist's Essence) ticks as he reels from being served.
