Hi everyone, this is godryk from Spain and we're having a lovely sunny spring afternoon today. After having being somewhat "protected" from role-playing and other geek activities in my provincial hometown, I became associated with nasty long-haired people when I moved for college and started playing 3.5 and some other stuff. I began to lurk the forums a couple of months before as I started preparing my second attempt at DMing and I've fallen in love with this cozy corner of the Internet. I'm still trying to cope with all the abbreviations and acronyms (we like our long terms in spanish) and learning a lot of english D&D jargon I didn't know because of using translated books. I'm also intimidated by the vast number of books, races, classes and templates people use over here, but I've learned that if you kindly explain the books allowed they'll stick to that.

hey all. Been reading Oots for a couple years now, ever since I started playing DnD, and I can't imagine getting into roleplaying or the webcomic world without first discovering Oots. I've noticed that the forums have a rich community and I'm looking forward to hanging out here. I mean, any group of people that can raise over a million dollars in a month for a webcomic must be cool, right?

After a few months of lurking on this forum, I have finally decided to make an account and join in on the fun. I love OOTS but for the first few weeks I was here I didn't even know it existed. What a shame.

I've been playing 3.5e for about 2 years now and am usually the DM of our little group. Lately they've been very annoying, so expect a post about how I should deal with them soon.

But let's not get side tracked here. I want to give out a big 'YOOHOO' to all my fellow new members on this forum. And also to Pun-Pun. I want him on my good side, just in case he actually exists

HI! Feel a bit silly, since I have already posted to the OotS webcomic forum, but hey....

I was very recently introduced to this comic by a coworker and divoured the entire backlog over the following weekend. I just wish I had read it prior to the completion of the kickstarter, becuase I want to order the books now to see all the stuff that is not online! Does anyone know if/when the publisher will allow those of us who missed the kickstarter go around will be able to aquire said books off-the-rack? I have been pocking around, but not seen the answer yet...
