Would anyone be opposed to an attack on Inside's hospitals?

The villain leading the assault has no character sheet, mainly because his appearance is eternally in a state of flux and his backstory would be more effectively revealed IC. His name is Brother Pavel and his powers are along the lines of psychic manipulation, hivemind control, and biological mutation, for lack of better words.

The majority of the events involving Brother Pavel will include elements of horror. I am planning, however, for all PCs involved in this little adventure to survive it.

Is there any interest in this?
