Considering the complexity of the assignment you described, I'm puzzled as to where you got it from - certainly not from those two words

edit: Here's my understanding of the situation. That country has annual official, symbolic apologies for the wrongs done to the native population, made by that person whose name she mentioned.
She had a class about the native population, mostly containing members of that race, and taught by a member of that race.
That class was incredibly poorly run, insulting to her, bullying and generally terrible.
She chose to express her disgust with that class by insulting the national apology, which happened to occur on the last day of the class.

edit mk. 2: Oh, and if that actually was the assigment then, yes, it's a terrible idea, but her behaviour still wasn't exactly good.

Apparantly i don't. i'd class those under "club" except Techno, which is quite obviously electronic.
i'd count synth, bit, midi and such...

Does your touch pad do the same thing mine does? See, mine is like a particularly stupid dog: I tell my touch pad to turn off when it detects a USB mouse plugged in. Nothing particularly difficult, right? Except it interpreted that as meaning it should be turned off all the time. So now, I have to have a mouse plugged in at all times because I'm too lazy to take the lazy option of fixing the issue.

It doesn't break, but it is behavior that is not perhaps the most prudent or proper for one such as I. Technically I haven't made the vows yet (got 7 years of seminary left for that), but I am expected to act as if I have.
