I have been on a huge Motivator binge recently. Time to share them.
Some even match the challenge!
SpoilerFor the record, the first 3 are made by ~flyingdebris
on deviant art, while the next 2 are made by darksilvania on the same site, and the last 3 were made by Gold-Paladin. The rest are from all over the place.
Also worth warning you that the last guys is a bit pervy, and the first guy has occasional gore/furry-hate, should you look at their archives.

Hm, weird. I was certain I had read somewhere Empowered and Maximized couldn't be done on the same spell, even though at first I thought they could. Guess I was originally right after all.
Then again, the way I worded my last post I wasn't saying Empowered and Maximized don't work together, they just don't work with Intensified. (Maybe that's where I got the above stuff from.)

According to PHB 3.5: Maximized Spell gives the highest possible die result. Empowered Spell adds half the die result to the final result. An Empowered Maximized Fireball by a level 10 caster would therefore be 10d6 (Maximized=60 automatic) plus half of the die result (30). Final resulting damage: 90.
