    Well, at the very least. it got Rowan Darkwood, the factol of the Fated. High priest of Heimdall, man, who spent ten years on Baator without being broken, and just cleric20/ranger19

    I know. He's also a vestige in Dragon Magic. But they don't say anything about what setting he originates from.

    I have the 4e Draconomican, and he's in that. He has something to do with the Sunless Citadel. I think his worshipers built it.

    Well what setting is all of the supplementary 3.5e material? Greyhawk? Perhaps he wasn't meant to represent an entire setting but rather just be a recognizable dragon? Because they seriously needed a dragon in that group.
