[4e Essentials] Spider animal companion for a drow druid

Trying to create an animal companion for a player of mine. What do you guys think of this:

Spider Animal Companion
Medium Natural Beast
HP your bloodied value Initiative equal to yours
AC 15, Fortitude 13, Reflex 15, Will 13 Perception equal to yours +2
(add your level to each defense)
Speed 6 Low-light vision

Traits
Web Spinner * Aura 1
Enemies that start their turn in the aura are slowed and enemies that enter the aura must end their movement in that square.

Standard Actions
Animal Attack * At-Will
Attack: Melee 1 (one creature); your level + 5 vs AC
Hit: 1d8 + your wisdom modifier + your constitution modifier damage and the target is weakened (save ends).
Level 13: 1d8 + 2 + your wisdom modifier + your constitution modifier damage and the target is weakened (save ends).
Level 23: 2d8 + 4 + your wisdom modifier + your constitution modifier damage and the target is weakened (save ends).

Str 12 Dex 20 Wis 16
Con 17 Int 2 Cha 6

Edit: Since someone wanted to use it, here's the rest of the crunch

Druid of (insert nature reference here)
Benefit: You gain the following benefits.
* Your animal companion is a spider.
* When wielding a dagger, your attacks cause the target to take ongoing 2 poison damage (save ends).
* You gain a +2 bonus to Stealth checks.
