i would think it would just be they fragged XXXXXX and have teleported nearby.

The update would say that X Bruce-Lee'd Y, and you would assume from there that they teleported to a new spot nearby.

As I am going away for the next two days I would like to post my conditions for the rounds that take place during that period if possible.

I would like it that on subsequent rounds I shoot at 2 random squares within range and move one random square away from my current place please.

Wow, that's an interesting result.

By the way, I'm noticing a possible game design problem: technically, there's an incentive to delay your turn until everyone else has played, because the shots they make, given that with a high probability they're making legal moves, give information about where they are. Not sure whether there should be some sort of counterincentive to balance out that.
