Elf Girl's Streetwise Check:

The elf girl is very good at weaving through town, hopefully Nera won't lose her.

Nera was surprised at the girl's skill, and soon began to lose his momentum, but kept chasing after her, hoping not to lose her from sight.

He's able to keep up with the girl, but barely, she seems to be getting further away.....

Briefly wondering who he had to thank for his luck, Nera takes this opportunity to try and catch up, even attempting to jump on the girl if necessary.

The girl doesn't provide any resistance when he jumps on her.
"P-please don't hurt me!"

[Lemonus]

Peren does not try to follow the elf girl, but instead stays to protect the children. He is still suspicious of the Baron.

Nera grabbed the girl by the collar, and dragged her back towards the group, staying silent.

[Mindfreak]

The girl is dragged without any resistance.
"Please d-don't hurt me. I d-don't want a-any trouble."

Once they arrived next to the group, Nera dropped her next to the rest of them and waited for a reaction.

So, uh...you guys gonna do something?

[Mindfreak]

The girl falls to the ground.
"Please don't hurt me! I don't want any trouble!"
She looked very scared.

[Dan2]

"Mr. Ashenstep, Warryn says, "I don't think these proceedings are best carried out in front of the rest of these people. It would be... less than fortuitous. We should move our discussion to a more private venue."
When Nera returns, Warryn seems highly confused by the cowering girl in front of him. "What have you done to the poor girl, Nera? And more importantly, why?"

Didn't want to interrupt your moment!

[Skybound Fencer]

"She was a girl at the Johnroot Farm, I simply assumed that we could get her to talk about the subject. I prevented her from running away, and haven't done anything to her." The monk raised his hand, and cracked his knuckles. "Yet."

[Mindfreak]

"P-please d-d-don't hurt me! I'll d-do whatever you w-want! J-just d-don't hurt me!"
The elven girl is quite scared, even more so then a normal person would be....

[Dan2]

"Don't worry, just calm down. Deep breaths, nice and slow. He's not going to hurt you. Now, why don't you tell me what has you so worked up?"

[Mindfreak]

The girl looks down at the ground to avoid looking at them.
"I-I'm not supposed to tell anyone......"
They might notice a scar from a whip on the back of her neck.

[Lemonus]

Noticing the scar from the whip, Peren leans down and puts his hand on the scar, and heals it, not saying anything. If the girl pulls away, he won't stop her.

[Mindfreak]

She pulls away from his hand. Perennial might notice that he can't heal the scar.
"W-what are you doing!?"

[Lemonus]

"I was simply trying to heal your scar." Peren says in a soothing voice.

Diplomacy to try to get the girl to calm down. (1d20+17)[29]

[Mindfreak]

The girl calms down some.
"Scar? What scar? I certainly don't have any scar....." she plainly lied. She looked nervous, as if someone was trying to interrogate her.

"Shhhhhh Sh Shhh... It'll be all right. Everything will be just fine.
Warryn turns to the Baron expectantly, "May we retire to your building? A great deal has developed and we aren't entirely sure what to make of it all.

Before the group leaves, Warryn notes, "Oh, and we should have someone detain Mr Johnroot. We can't be sure that he is as despicable as these children claim, but we shouldn't allow him to run off just yet either."

[Mindfreak]

The Baron nods.
"Yes. You may. I'll get someone on detaining the Johnroots."
The elf girl is still on the ground.

[Lemonus]

"I would like to volunteer in detaining the Johnroots."

[Mindfreak]

"That's good because our guards have no weapons and the blacksmith is a miser when it comes to weapons."
The elf girl looked around, her calmness was ebbing away.
"What about me?"

[Dan2]

"Don't worry young miss, I just need to ask you a few questions. We can do that in private."
Warryn gently grabs the young girl's hand and follows the Baron to his abode.

[Mindfreak]

The elven girl zoomed to Warryn's side, her hand was tightly clenching his hand.
She was scared.
Baron Ashfoot led them to his humble two story house. It wasn't fancy, but it didn't look horrible. It had a couple bedrooms, a bathroom, an eating area, a kitchen, and what amounts to be a den.
"I'm sorrry it isn't as fancy as you were expecting."

[Lemonus]

Peren does not follow the rest of the party into the Baron's house. He instead went to the Johnroots' house to detain them.

[Skybound Fencer]

Nera followed Warryn and the Baron. Now that the girl was seemingly neutralized, he went back to being tall and brooding. He was very good at that.

"I wonder if we should have let Peren go on his own," the Monk mused. "The drows will put on a fight."

[Mindfreak]

When Peren got to where the Johnroots lived, he would be able to see Mr. Johnroot himself hard at work on the grapevines.

[Lemonus]

Peren calmly walks up to Mr. Johnroot. "Mr. Johnroot? The Baron asked me to bring you to him. Would you mind coming?"
