He spent quite a while in Episode III trying to get them to go to Naboo. Now we know why.

I wondered where these screenshots were coming from, since they weren't deleted scenes from the movie. Now I know.

A rebel captain (most likely the one choked later by Darth Vader). I guess it's Jim considering his regular delusion.

Moment of truth, coming up. Will my (and probably several others') years-old theory of Annie taking over as GM be true? Still hoping for that.
Brewing a new setting (3.5 ed D&D). The setting is complete and ready to play.

Confused, I am. Credibility and likelinesss, this has no. Give up trusted GM in favor of untrustworthy person who's DMing they don't like, why would they?

    My thinking:

I like how they captured the same in media res feel of the original movie here.

"Okay, here's three paragraphs of explanation aaaaand GO! EXPENSIVE ACTION SCENE! We'll fill in the details as they become relevant." That's trickier to do and maintain the illusion of an RPG setting, but the D&D guys did it well.

Has anyone's first attempt at GMing ever succeeded perfectly? The original trilogy had a far different and more coherent plot than the prequels. A different GM could be an explanation.

The incoherent plot of the prequels in-game was caused more by the players than the GM.

Who says this is going to be coherent? I mean, the movies have a coherent plot, but that doesn't mean the players are going to be nice and make it coherent.

Didn't Annie DM some sort of Twilight-esque game using their universe's version of the Storyteller system?
