I'd recommend deciding on a tone and then brainstorming some wishes. Then figuring out what kind of issues would arise from A. it being corrupted or B. It coming true exactly. Then blend!

I think it's more likely 10-12 at the least; Spike's younger than Twilight but she is a quote young adult unquote. Particularly as he's started to notice fillies.
