The vampires are most definitely not in the gangs. Well, my vampires that is. I suppose there could be outside vampires. Downside for them is that they are often top priority targets when they spring up.

On that note, I can't be playing a gang, considering that that is just asking for self RP.

Possibly the lamest gang ever to include a vampire, a god-blood, and a succubus. Oh, and some kid who's apparently related to the vampires in charge of Westside, but nobody likes him.

I'd be willing to do it. Defelent's been in Riverside a while; sponsering gangs to foster worshippers into the religion would be something for him to do. Therefore, they'd be slightly religious and maybe with the occasional 'surprise' for vampire cops. In fact, a gang would be an exellent local militant arm for things Cult want done that can't be linked too directly, or at least are more deniable.
