Sorry Mister Llama, G is not for Godzilla. Instead, it is for Gator, the 1976 sequel to White Lightning.

Gator stars Burt Reynolds as Gator McKlusky, the Moonshine-running king of the Bayou. And the feds want him, but not for moonshining. Using his daughter and pa as captives, they convince Gator to help them expose boyhood friend, Bama McCall (Jerry Reed).

Bama is the local crime lord of Dunston and is involved in extortion, prostitution, and a list of other felonies. But sadly all they can get him on is tax fraud.

Before Gator can bring Bama down, he has to go through two of Bama's "associates". What are their names?

As fun as Godzilla would be, I haven't seen Godzilla, and I have seen Gator. Though I admit that I wasn't a huge fan, kind of silly for my taste, though the ending got rather dark. Jerry Reed was really excellent in it though. But yes, associates...well, there was his giant of a bodyguard, named Bones, and that other guy, who also had a rather silly name...um... Smiley?

Between Superman III (1983) and the horrible Superman IV (who cares when ), a Supergirl (1984) came to Earth. Despite an all-star cast, this gem bombed at the box-office.

The movie begins at a Community of Krypton survivors. Kara, later known as Supergirl, A.K.A. Linda Lee (Helen Slater), makes her way through the city(?) to find her mentor, Zaltar (Peter O'Toole). And we find that he's "barrowed" the Omega Hadron, the power source for the community.

While Zaltar is talking to Alura (Mia Farrow), the Omega Hadron is sucked through a hole made by a giant mosquito. Where this evil insect comes from, you'll have to watch the movie to find out. But it's up to Supergirl to retrieve the Omega Hedron from the evil witch (Faye Dunaway).

What is the evil witch's name?

H is for A Hard Day's Night, starring the Beatles. We follow the boy's as they run from screaming girls, their manager, more screaming girls, the cops, and more screaming girls. All while trying to also keep an eye out on Paul's "Grandfather", John McCartney (Wilfred Brambell).

In their room at the studio where they will be filming a live set, our fun-loving foursome get their fan-mail. But one letter in particular is read aloud. It's an invite for a Mister Richard Starkey (Ringo Starr) to a gambling club, Le Cirque. but Norm, their manager, won't allow it.

But Paul's wiley old grandfather steals the invite, and the butler's clothes, and goes instead. When the group, Beatles + managers, finally catch up to him, he's racked up a bill of 180 guineas, but won 190 pounds. Not being British, I don't know what the exchange rate for those are. But the man who brought the bill takes all 190 pounds.

What is his reasoning for not giving the grandfather the change?

As I have never seen the film, you might think I'd be at somewhat of a disadvantage. My baby sister is a big fan of the Beatles, though, and I'm reliably informed that bill-bringing-guy grabbed the extra off as a gratuity for the coat check girl, whom Grampa McCartney had neglected to tip.
