Also, I love the bit where PB was just randomly chasing a cat in the background. It was just so random and no one acknowledges it.

Also, at the end, I thought Finn got a new love interest. Then we got a call back to the evil tree from the start. Jake's line about hugging her was great. What would Lady think?

Try to start out with a few things from Season Two (Which for whatever reason I prefer more than the First: shoot me). It came From the Nightosphere, The Other Tarts, The Real You, The Chamber of Frozen Blades, The Pods, Go With Me, all of those are nice little chunks of awsome. Oh, and To Cut A Womans Hair introduces most of the recurring Princesses, and Susan Strong introduces, well, Susan.

Donny and the City of Thieves are also kind of neat little one-offers, and Dungeon introduces, well, what they can do in a few minutes of airtime in the form of interesting monsters and such. Oh, and of course Dad's Dungeon has the same thing but with added backstory and a wonderful little song at the end.

-(Forget the name, the very first episode with Tree Trunks in it)

In no particular order, except 'What Was Missing', which is still my favorite episode ever.

His Hero is pretty good. I wouldn't suggest Holly Jolly Secrets as it's best to wait on that. The first episode (forget the name) with the candy zombies is good too. City of Thieves was also awesome. Jake v. Me-mow is also a good pick. Maybe Fionna and Cake but if you show them that at least one or two episodes with the Ice King. The first episode with Marceline's dad and I guess Evicted too before that. The only others I can think of are the Dungeon episode and the one with the businessmen.

Really, they're all good. You could just do it in the order they broadcasted as well.

It Came from the Nightosphere certainly. It's one of, if not the best episode in the series.

Evicted! is probably necessary. First one with Marceline and a good episode in it's own right. Maybe Henchman as well, though one episode to introduce Marceline before It Came from the Nightosphere might be enough.

To Cut a Woman's Hair I hadn't considered, but it's a really good suggestion.

I was also considering Ricardio the Heart Guy just because it's a good Ice King/Princess Bubblegum episode.

Tree Trunks and Apple Thief could work. Apple Thief is hilarious and you kinda need to see Tree Trunks first for that one. Not sure how important Crystals Have Power is though.

Maybe Dungeon as well. No particular reason other than it being a really good episode.

Go With Me and What Was Missing, while both good episodes, probably aren't that good for introducing someone to the series.

So... Maybe a few more suggestions for good Ice King episodes and good Princess Bubblegum episodes and then I can narrow it down from there...

I still like the Enchiridon.

Alternatively, you could just show them the episode In Your Footsteps and watch as they get confused why a bear had to get this book and bring it to a snail. I think it would be funny to watch their confusion at the end.

Well, there not exactly human. I mean, candy people clearly have no organs, while doctor princess's hospital was in a place withrock people, so there sheds some doubt about her actualy having importent stuff inside her. Library princess.... turtle people are made of paper. Presumably.

They survived because of MMMmagic. That episode was kind of heart wrenching for me because it was very funny combined with the sadness of being a horrible abomination against nature. And then Ice King misses the point again :smallsmile.

Well, that poor bugger is getting worse as the show goes on. He was better in the begining, but I think that crown of his is driving him crazier as the seasons past.
