Also, having something Nexus-wide happen with a new character. Using a sort of artificial psychic transmitter device, he's trying to mentally contact anyone bearing a particular level of ill-will. Enough to threaten, maim, or murder. Heck, even if you haven't considered hiring someone, the psychic contact should kick in if you hate them enough to wish they were dead. Or someone with a hidden agenda, secret plans they need an expendable third party to carry out. Almost anything clandestine and/or criminal, really. It's very particular, so that poor Teq won't get more than a few contacts at once.

The psychic contact is nowhere near powerful enough (nor should it be) to collect information on the nature of possible client, their whereabouts, or their agenda. It merely manifests as visual hallucinations on the nearest flat surface, displaying a short, simple advertisement and a phone number.

Sunny hates Reinholdt enough to wish he was dead. But she would never call the number. As you saw with the Sussurus thing, she's wary of anonymous things. Definitely does not have adventurer mentality.

I think the Operative would see that number, and call it to either "persuade" the hitman to join MURDER, or trace the number and kill the person himself. Guy doesn't like competition.

What would want just about everyone dead, and while he's not fond of Din, I imagine he'd much rather do the deed himself than leave it to another murderer.

Also, Nephrim prefers to kill her enemies herself, but I believe she did promise Charity that she'd eat her eyes. Actually, I just checked my personal records, and I think that was a one-off thing. But the digest says otherwise.

I don't think anybody else wants to kill somebody, however, but I'll let you know if anything changes.

Oh she hates him violently and wants him dead, but she won't act on it because she kind of has an idea what would happen if she goes down the vengeance road. She doesn't want to be that person.

But if you want your guy to find Sunny and make her an offer and such, you're welcome to. I'm fine either way.

Irena hates a lot of people, like the slavers in riverside among many others she think are profiting from the homeless in riverside.

Cessie hates the people who desecrated her former husbands corpse but she isn't in the nexus at the moment.

Some of the servants of the burning light, such as Tarim hates evil doers but no one in particular.
