Nope. Izumi is clearly second to arrive.

Donovan rubs the side of his face a bit at the request, he doesn't have those.

"We... Don't have those."

Yes, didn't I just say that?

Oscar snores on his table.

Kaito walks in and barely manages not to stop when he sees it's just him, Izumi, her sister, and Ken right now. He also avoids a sigh, but he can't avoid the slight narrowing of his eyes, though he shakes that off too as he looks at the table and picks a seat that's basically the opposite end of the table as Ken. He doesn't verbally snipe at the other boy, but it's clear he's not suddenly going to be all buddy-buddy with him or anything.

"Hey folks. Um, I'll just have a really big soda for the moment. Make it an Orange Cheerio, if you've got some."

Ren walks in and sits one seat away from Chiyoko. He expects Kazari to take that spot.

[After School - En Route to Venti Buon]

"Sora..."

...Behind him, but not too far, Valeria is following. Sora can't be sure how she got there. She must have ninja training.

"Can we... talk for a second before we get there?"

Sora turns at his name then nearly curses as the face of the speaker comes into view. The hair in front of his unseen eye flutters for a second, his red eye staring at the girl with a deadpan expression.

"Of course, Abel-san. I don't see why not."

He's back to the most formal version of her name, attempting to recover the last vestiges of his pride after his show in the principal's office, and in her house.

Valeria frowns. "Please, Sora-kun, don't be like that..."

"What happened yesterday... was a mistake. I'm sorry for putting you in that situation. But... you understand me more than anyone else can. And besides that..." She looks to the side slightly, blushing. "...I think I like you. I'd like to get to know you better, and for you to know me better..."

Sora flushed. He really hadn't expected that. He looked at Valeria, his eye sort of confused.

"Valeria-san I... I..."

He turns, blushing fiercely. "Very well, Valeria-san. We currently have two decisions. We can go to the cafe with the others, or..."

He looks back at her, a small smile on his face. "We can go on a walk to the park. Your choice."

[Draken]

Gabi descends on Sora's head with claws bared. Like a a bird of prey.

Or at least like a yellow canary thinking itself a bird of prey.

Sora debates reacting to the bird of prey canary on his head.

He decides it would lower his sense of self esteem far too much.

Gabi burrows her claws on the lice-ridden scalp of her victim.

"That is a program for a weekend, lovemammals."

Not lovebirds.

Val smiles, and nods. "Okay." Before Gabi can land, however, she directs the two into a short-range sonido just to get out of range.

...It wasn't exactly Gabi's business, anyway.

Gabi blinks at the sonido.

Well, at least she didn't hit anything on the way.

Without much else to do, the small bird flies off to the Venti Buon.

Gabi burrows her claws on the lice-ridden scalp of her victim.

"That is a program for a weekend, lovemammals."

Not lovebirds.

Sora's scalp is not lice-ridden, and is in fact, perfectly pristine according to the doctor he saw last week, for a follow up on the multiple injuries he had received. He appears momentarily startled by the sonido, then looks at Valeria, his head slightly tilted to the side.

"...I take it you would rather go on a walk?"

Valeria nods. ...And takes Sora's hand, blushing slightly. "Yeah... let's go. They have our phone numbers if they're worried."

Sora blushes, turning his head to the side. He really wanted to keep some semblance of his pride intact.

"...Alright. I think I know a good way to walk."

He begins their walk, heading no where in particular.

Valeria follows Sora's lead quietly, blushing still...

Sora remains quiet for a time, before finally speaking again.

"So... Valeria-san... Why'd you move to Japan? Was it on a whim, or did your parents move here with a sort of purpose?" There's a genuine sense of curiosity in his tone.

Valeria hums. "Well, my dad works with a pharmaceutical company that just expanded to this town." Sora may have heard about the recent renovation of a skyscraper in downtown Fushichou. Katzbalger Pharmaceuticals...

"He's busy a lot, but he's a good father."

As fate would have it, the soon-to-be fellow student Aoki Misaki enters the café as the group of is gathering, noticing them as she reaches the counter.

Wondering if she'll see them when she transfers to the school and whether it was normal to have patrons sleep on tables, she looks around for vacant waiters.

(Apologies if I mess something up, I am still new to the BleachITP universe. )

Rex nods, smiling slightly at the compliment. "Thanks. An' yeah... hopefully the meetin' tomorrow'll help. We should probably get goin' to class."

Before Returning to Class

Nakahiro nods.

"Right. Class. Well then, I'll see you this afternoon. Good luck."

[Venti Buon]
After School

Nakahiro strides into the Venti Buon; he'd gotten a bit lost as he's never been here before. After a few seconds, he sees his friends and goes over to them.

Sora looks at the sky, a wistful look in his eye.

"A good family huh...? That sounds... nice."

He shakes his head from his reverie looking at Valeria. "My parents are... no, were musicians. Fairly famous ones, at that. But... because of that, they didn't have much time for me-for us. Me and my sister. We spent a lot of time alone, but those times that our parents were there were... happy. Really happy. And, I... I miss them."

A panic stricken look crosses Sora's face, vanishing just as quickly. "Oh Kami, I miss them so much."

Something floats, seemingly of its own accord, making its way to Valeria's face. Funny, that wind wasn't there a second ago.

It's a picture of Sora. In a kitty outfit.

Because, y'know. Mysterious things happen.

A regular-looking child or two stroll by.

Valeria frowns, bringing herself slightly closer to Sora as they walk... but then the picture slaps her in the face. Suffice to say she is surprised.

Then she pulls it off of her forehead and looks. Her face turns red as she fights the urge to laugh. However, she betrays a snort.

Holding the picture up, she tries her best not to grin too widely, still fighting off giggles. "I'm... I'm sorry... Um... Where'd this *snerk* come from?"

Sora turns a bright red, trying to take the picture from the snickering girl.

"N-n-n-nowhere! It's not important! Give me that!"

The picture features a much younger Sora, about seven, looking sulky while a five year old girl is carefully balancing bunny ears on him.

Where the hell did Hasunaga pick up Halloween pictures from that year!??!?

[Kuroimaken]

There's something written in the back.

"You MORON! Kisses and deep dark tormented childhood secrets are AT LEAST second date material!! Don't you read any romantic comedies?!"

Valeria takes a deep breath, calming her nerves. Not completely, but at least she's stopped laughing.

"I'm sorry, Sora. Can I see it again? I think it's... cute."

Sora flushes. He turns away from Valeria, holding the picture towards her.

"F-fine. It's not like I c-c-care or anything..."

His face is almost luminescent as he turns away, attempting to ignore the picture in his hand.

Sayaka

Sayaka comes to the meeting after school. She looks composed and a little tired, and sits far away from Ken.
Sayaka is unsure what will happen in this meeting. But the meetings have never been good meetings also.
When she comes in, she looks at Ren dangerously, but it is a glance not seen by others maybe. For Ren, there is a hostile feeling from Sayaka. For Sayaka, there is a hostile feeling from Ren.

Kazari

Kazari is happy and comes to sit by Chiyoko eagerly. There will be delicious foods to eat later or sooner.

Valeria observes the picture with a smile.

"...Is she your sister?" She points to the girl.

Sora looks at the picture, and smiles quickly.

"Mmhmm. That's my sister. She always loved to mess with me during Halloween..."

Valeria smiles for a few more moments as she observes the picture, then returns it, continuing the walk in silence. However, a pensive look grows on her face before too long...

"...What happened to them? Your family."
