Dave 'fails' his reflex check to dodge the kiss.
"I wouldn't poison you......plus according to the data we got that wouldn't even kill you......."
He eats the bacon and gets back into bed with her, the bed doesn't move even slightly because he's a ninja.
He will eat whatever she wants to share with him, but he won't take much. He already ate a good breakfast.

Clarissa giggles.

After she finishes eating breakfast, she gives a small sigh of contentment. This was the good life. She snuggles close to Dave.

"Dave? Have I ever told you how warm you are?"

"I believe it has come up at some point."
He'll try to hold her so she can snuggle closer to his warm chest.
"Clarissa, do you want to rejoin with your other parts?"

"Nope."

Clarissa bluntly replies. I really didn't expect that answer.

"I've joined with as many fragments as I need to. The other bits of Valaira might need help, though. There's already someone working on that...I think."

If there was only one of her, she couldn't be in three places at once. She wouldn't even be more powerful! She'd just be more stable. Who needs stability? I mean, come on!

"So, what are we going to do today?"

Clarissa is excited again! She is just loving Dave and her freedom!

Cornelia, starting to run out've bullets, is stuck reloading when the hellhound tackles her. The two smash to the ground in a heap.

The gunslinger gives a startled cry and swings her weapon, attempting to brain the twisted canine.

The hound is knocked back and thoroughly stunned, but it'll take a little more than one hit to take it out.

Boris turns toward Cornelia as she's brought down, suddenly having a combination of fear and anger on his face as he inserts a new clip into his Saiga-12. Though, he's confident that she can take out the dog. Instead, the sniper takes out the two wounded creatures, leaving only the one fighting Cornelia.

The Archvile is still struggling for life on the ground, occasionally twitching.

"Well, we could do what I suggested last night, or, we could go get you some clothes."

"..."

"You sure you're ready for another installment already? I don't want you to die of exhaustion on me or anything."

She'll let him pull the curtain for the whole day if he wants. He better not die on her today, though!

"I got a good night's sleep for the first time in forever, I have tons of energy. And.....we should probably go shopping for you today. We do need to buy somethings if we want to pull off the whole married thing.....like a ring for one. I'm well paid so money isn't really a problem. Plus we could also get some lingerie for you....."

This location is so hilarious considering Dave's one track mind.

"And here I thought I was the incarnation of lust!"

"Geeze."

Clarissa smiles and shakes her head. She is wearing Dave's jammies again.

"Well, we won't get anything done by just sitting around here!"

Clarissa. You're supposed to spring to your feet when you say that, not scooch closer to Dave. You are a silly girl, Clarissa.

He got up and opened his dresser. He chose a nice green t-shirt and some jeans plus boxers, putting them on. He handed Clarissa a red t-shirt and some jeans.

Clarissa dons the red t-shirt and jeans! They are very baggy on her. Dave may want to consider handing Clarissa a belt. Those jeans are quite loose on her.

He notices the bagginess and grabs a belt. He hands it to her and then will try to put his arm around her.
"You ready to go?"

A belt! Good! Clarissa wraps the belt around her waist. This will work!

Oh hey look! There's an arm wrapped around her.

"I was born ready!"

Clarissa enthusiastically yips, attempting to lean into Dave a tad.

Dave smiled and went to his jackets that were hanging up. He grabbed his second favorite leather jacket and handed it to her. He then put on his favorite leather jacket and his shoes. He put his katana on his back and went into his garage. He got on his motorcycle and put on a helmet, handing on to clarissa if she needs it.
"So lingerie or regular clothes first?"

Clarissa slips into Dave's leather jacket, puts on the helmet, and hops onto the back of the motorcycle!

"Normal clothes because normal clothes don't sound like torture implements."

A harsh but accurate statement.

The hound is knocked back and thoroughly stunned, but it'll take a little more than one hit to take it out.

Boris turns toward Cornelia as she's brought down, suddenly having a combination of fear and anger on his face as he inserts a new clip into his Saiga-12. Depending on how far the hound retreats, Cornelia may well give an angry scream and try to kick it in the face. A solid bootheel in the mouth can't be too comfortable.

No, it really isn't. The hound is knocked backwards. To add to its misfortunes, it lands weirdly, tripping over itself and ending up on its side. It tries to get up and run away before Cornelia can do more damage.

Boris, meanwhile, has noticed a lack of living foes, except for the pained Archvile. He stows his shotgun away, instead getting his ballistic knife. For a while, he just stares at the now-pathetic thing.

Cornelia's tempted to shoot the beast, but she does have this thing about mercy. Besides, they have bigger fish to fry.

The gunslinger takes a deep breath, holstering her weapon with a blur and the flutter of leather. She stands, brushing snow off her rump and turning to face the fallen Archvile. Her eye flicks between Boris and the demon.

After a minute, she asks, "So ye gonna kill it'r not?"

The hound runs off in a random direction. It probably won't cause any harm to anyone.

The Archvile, still trying to live, takes its remaining strength to look up at the pair. There's an almost pleading look on what remains of its face.

Boris doesn't respond to Cornelia. Instead, he raises the ballistic knife so that it's pointed at the demon's face. The gunslinger might notice that his weapon is personalized, as well - a single strand of jute thread is wrapped around the bottom of the handle.

"Vy ubili mnogih moih tovarishchyeĭ. Etotsena, kotoruyu vy budete platitʹ. Proshchaĭ." With those words, the sniper presses the button on his knife, launching the blade straight into the Archvile's head, with the tip poking through the back of the demon's neck. It falls to the ground, finally dead.

Cornelia watches it die. Face caught in a scowl. Her good eye flicks between Boris and his foe, arms crossed beneath her chest. She's trying to get a good feel for the sniper's reaction.

"...What did ye say?"

Boris looks like a strange combination of relief and fury. "I told it that this is what happens to those who kill my comrades. I doubt it understood me, but I needed to say it." He walks towards the demon's body, pulling the blade of his knife from it. The sniper turns to Cornelia, cleaning the blade on his sleeve. "Are you alright?"

[Murkus]

Cornelia nods. "Gotta couple bruises. On my arse, mostly." The gunslinger quirks a brow. "Are you?" He knows what she means.

Boris thinks as he reloads his ballistic knife and places it back in its sheath. "I've been better, certainly. But I think I'm okay."

Cornelia sighs in relief, both at Boris' response and the fact that the battle's over. "Right. George!" The gunslinger gives a whistle, and the old horse comes running, still panting with mild fear. He looks at the archvile with a definitively scrutinizing gaze, decides it's dead, and then turns to Cornelia. She pats his nose with a broad smile. "Good boy, runnin off. Can't have ye gettin busted up out here."

Cornelia looks at Boris again, still rubbing her horse's face. "What now?"

The Archvile's body is starting to melt at this point. Yeah, it's very dead.

Boris smiles a little at George as he arrives. He looks at Cornelia, getting his marble from his pocket. "Well, it depends. Do you want to get to NO?" The implication behind that question is somewhat obvious.

[Murkus]

"Fer what?" Cornelia asks. Though she has her guesses, the gunslinger doesn't quite catch his implication.

Perhaps because her player's feeling a bit sleepy. >>

Boris suddenly averts his gaze, looking a little nervous. Quite the difference from the guy who was just slaughtering hellhounds without a second thought. "Well, I was mainly thinking that you could get your things packed."

Well this is a pleasant surprise. Cornelia hadn't realized Boris wanted her to move in on the very same day.
"Really? Now? I mean, sure!" She manages to keep herself from outright exploding with joy, but rather just grins. That red on her face must be from the cold...

Boris manages a chuckle. "Well, since you're clearly not that happy about it..." Joking is about all he can do to keep from bursting into a sappy sort of happiness.

Cornelia looks at him blankly a second before breaking out in a milder smile. "Aye. That must be it." The gunslinger looks at him amusedly, cocking her intact brow a little. "S'impolite to tease a lady, don't ye know." She starts to steady and tighten George's saddle, still giving the sniper a glance or two. "Well, if yer ready t'go..."
