"That makes sense. Is there anything else you want to talk about?"

She huddles against the vampire with a sigh.

"That's fine."

Karyana pulls her close, and is huddled against.

She eventually looks up at her.
Do vampires sleep?

"Some of them might. We don't, though. Why?"

[Beans]

[The Nest]

"Some of them might. We don't, though. Why?"

Just wondering...
She shrugs.

[Lady Serpentine]

[The Nest]

"'Kay*. You want to start moving your stuff up, or just sit here for a while, or something that's not either of those?"

*It's not quite that simple - as they're blood mages, they could probably make it so that they do sleep - but Karyana isn't going to get into that right now, as it's a long, sort of boring explanation.

[Beans]

[The Nest]
She leans in to kiss her friend's cheek.
I guess I'll move my stuff...
Which consists of one wheeled suitcase and that's about it.

Karyana's cheek is kissed. She tries to do the same to Zwei.

"Come on, I'll show you up."

She leads her to the floor above Zwei's, where they did the construction yesterday. Since she's carrying a wheeled suitcase, which is going to be awkward to drag up the stairs, she'll take her to the elevator.

She follows, seeming cheered a bit.

Karyana's floor has had major construction done, but about half the floor, divided diagonally, is still untouched. All the rooms are furnished very nicely, in accordance with Karyana's tastes. S'Kanthos has extended the floor into seeral Shadows, as well.

"Pick anywhere you like. If you want your room redecorated, or walls torn down or put up or anything, let me know."

She picks a room near Karyana's, if she can tell where that is.
Here seems nice.

She can tell pretty easily. Does she want it just fairly close, or next door/across the hall?

She tries to get as close as she can.

Then Zwei is now in a large room next to Karyana's, with a connecting door. Unless she wants a suite of rooms, and/or not the door, in which case, she can have those, too.

Karyana grins at her.

"You just picked it to be near me, didn't you?"

She's clearly just teasing her, and doesn't mind at all. In fact, she's rather happy that her new friend likes her that much, which is also pretty clear.

She blushes black again.
I like you.
She smiles a little nervously.

Karyana doesn't blush, though she can. She smiles back, happily.

"I like you too, Zwei."

[Beans]

[Nest]
Um... so...
She smiles less nervously.

[Lady Serpentine]

"You can tell me. I'm your friend. What is it you want to say?"

[Beans]

[Nest]
What do we do now?

[Lady Serpentine]

Karyana tries to hug her. "Whatever you want."

[Beans]

She blushes majorly.
Okay...
She tries to kiss her, hands a little shaky.

Karyana kisses Zwei. She seems to be perfectly happy with this turn of events.

[Beans]

Zwei's skin is cool, like silverware taken out of a dark drawer.
Let's sit somewhere.

[Lady Serpentine]

Sure. Where do you want to sit?"

[Beans]

[Nest]
Um, maybe your room?

[Lady Serpentine]

"Sounds good."

Karyana's room is very... green. She has pretty much every type of furniture, but the large, soft looking couch, or the waterbed, are probably what Zwei would be most interested in, as they're the ones most suited to sitting together on.

(I might do a better description later, especially if asked)

She indicates the waterbed. I've only touched one once. It was so weird.

They are rather odd, yes.

Anyway.

Karyana, presumably accompanied by Zwei, will head over to the indicated spot on the bed.

She sits.
