Does not believe in training, since obviously greatness runs in the blood, and will simply come naturally.

Marill: Tom: Convinced its a cat.

Seedot: I got nothing.

Oddish: Planters: A professional student. Has been in college for the past 8 years, and is "pretty sure" it knows what sort of degree it is going for. Overly stereotyped frat boy/sorority girl. Loves going on week long benders.

Well, I would think they'd be okayish for Wattson - maybe one or two levels more wouldn't hurt. The other thing you could do is super grind to level thirty so you won't have to grind for a while.

As for Pokemon:

Seedot: Nutmeg - has a chronic fear of squirrels, but doesn't know quite what a squirrel is

Oddish: Breezy - laid back to the point of being passive, but desperately wants to evolve into a Bellossum - thinks Vieploom are icky

Maril: Pikachu - hates pikachu with a firely passion because it wants to be one. Gets extremely agitated if anybody points out that this is not the case

I'd give the Thunderbolt to Azaroth for some type diversity. At that point you could even dump Elektrike for the next decent pokemon that you run into that your team needs.

What does Spike get other than electric moves? A quick look at serebii says he gets electric attacks, normal attacks, and bite. His stats are nothing special either. Manectric looks cool, but seriously, drop him like he's hot. With another pokemon already having electric on your team, there's no real need for him. You can keep him around for a while, but he should be first priority to go if anything actually good shows up that you're allowed to catch.

Seedot or Oddish may be worthwhile. You don't have a grass type, and if you nab Seedot, Shiftry is a Dark type, letting you eventually phase out Mightyena for something else if you're so inclined.

Well playing devil's advocate here. Mancetric hits a-lot hard with any lighting attack due to stab, and is quite a bit faster than Gardevoir.

I'm assuming that if I catch an Oddish or seedot you want me to box Spike.

I don't think boxing Spike is a good idea. Kirlia won't get STAB for using Thunderbolt, and playing without an electric type is a little annoying sometimes - so unless you want to go catch a Pikachu in the safari zone, (which wouldn't be as good as Electrike anyway) I would stick with Spike. Really, I won't vote for boxing anyone else until you finally get a fire type, and then probably Mightyena. Thats my vote anyway
