Re: The Dragonspire Killers
Ouch. Too bad for Grue Bait. He never even got a chance to defend himself.
And now without the killers having to worry about the bomb jacket, who knows who's next?
That scares me. I really hope it works out for the good.Demilich avatar by Smuchmuch. Thank you VERY much!

Wow. I try to get experience in a werewolf game and I'm blown up by bad luck. And then in another game , I'm killed by good intentions. I'm terrible at this stuff

You think that's bad?
Try being lynched day 1, game 1, because you agreed with the first vote. That's not bad luck, that's just malicious intentions.
You just need to keep trying. And maybe, just maybe, you'll survive.Demilich avatar by Smuchmuch. Thank you VERY much!

Deathslayer7 didn't answer or post because deathslayer7 was on a date the entire night and well into the morning. But alas, if deathslayer7 had seen that deathslayer7 was tied leading for the lynches, deathslayer7 would have warned you people to stay away. Yes deathslayer7 feels like talking in third person.
Good luck

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
Alright everyone...night is no longer upon us! But...there was a person that the killers thought key to kill early...and so they decided to kill him together!
Belkar Incarnate and Jack the Ripper
The cool evening was bitter chill as Bladescape crossed the street, hurrying from his rendezvous to get home. Dashing through the door, only the creaking hinge and a dog barking in the distance could be heard. Closing the door behind him, he heard a soft chuckling. In his house. Whirling, he saw only a patch of gray fading from view rapidly.
Blade tried to ignore it, deciding he must be just seeing things. The murders had put him on edge, after all, and he hadn't eaten in--he checked his golden pocket watch--six hours! Well that explained it. He headed to the dining room, where the chef had prepared some delicious looking salmon. He was just savoring his forst bite, enjoying the lemony flavor and light, flaky texture, when he saw a dark figure drawing a long, curved blade. "Hello, bladescape," said a husky voice as the figure stepped into the light. "Remember me?"
Taking a step back and turning to run, his vision was assaulted with another man form from mist in front of him, gray robes fluttering, a black mask covering his face. a few multicolored strands of hair were visible from under the man's hood. Grinning, he grabbed Bladescape's wrist and jammed several gemstones through the skin of his hand, leaving a burning feeling as his flesh started to rot around where the stones had been pushed in.
Blade let out a scream of pain and terror as his attackers closed in on him. He dashed into a side room and ran for the window, but as he jumped, a hand grabbede his ankle with an iron grip. "You didn't think I'd let you get away, did you?" said his assailant, and he plunged the jagged knife right into bladescape's herat. The figure turned to his cloaked associate. "Thanks for the help. I'll meet up with you later. For now, I'm going back into the kitchen; it'd be a shame to let that fish go to waste." Pulling a red hankerchief with white polka-dots from his pocket, he relished the tasty meal, and revelled in his revenge.
Player Killed: Bladescape

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
I'm guessing the handkerchief was my avatar's bandana. Okay, then, fellas.
There's patch of gray and gray robes, consistent with yesterday, Gray Mage is either a killer or someone they want dead.
Do I need to point out the "Lemony flavor?"
Golden Pocket Watch is also rather obvious.
I'm not sure about the multi-colored strands of hair, I'm not terribly familiar with everyone's avatar.
The long, curved blade... It seems... I don't know. It reminds me of the wicked blade used the night before.
The gemstones seem to be a clue, and it mentions rotting skin. Gemstones and a lack of flesh make me thinkflabort's avatar. They also remind me of the green crystals from the night before, but may be unconnected.
Then again, that's *seven* clues, so one must not be a clue-clue.Last edited by Penguinator; 2011-09-24 at 09:08 PM.

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
Humm. So, Gray mage is either definitely a killer, or someone they want dead?
And the same goes to me?
That's going to make this a difficult vote. That mask might be a significant clue... but maybe not. I really don't know.Gray Mage?
Edit: Actually, what are the odds that it's stopwatch? There's enough evidence in both nights: a few mentions of a gold pocket watch tonight, talking about remembering the past "last" night...
I'm... sure it might be him. 2/3 odds. I think.
It could be me, gray mage, or zefir, too, maybe, so maybe actually only 2/9. I don't know. I'm confused.Demilich avatar by Smuchmuch. Thank you VERY much!

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
Oh, I thought I remembered something about gray robes yesterday. Ah, well. I never said anything there was right.
Also of note, I have the Hunting Dog, but I'm not quite sure how to use it. It seems to me that I "set it loose" on five people, then it dies and I have no idea which one, if any, is the killer.

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
I'd say Gray Mage could be described as a shadowy figure. And what usourselves&we pointed out about fading could be a cleverly placed hint as well. So possible suspects for me right now are
Gray Mage, Ramsus, Flabort, and possibly Penguinator and stopwatch, although those seem unlikely. The reason I'm voting for Gray Mage is that he was so quick to discount the possibility of there being anything against him when there obviously is.Last edited by Zjoot; 2011-09-25 at 10:27 PM.

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
The mask and multicolored hair sounds like
Atreyu the Masked LLamabut it looks like he hasn’t been around lately . . . though it could be a ploy was there a hidden hint for him last time?
The dog will be killed if any of those people are evil, so you would at least know some people to not trust.Last edited by usourselves&we; 2011-09-25 at 03:55 PM.

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
Well, with the clues given, I must say that
Gray mageseams to be a good culprit. Also, penguinator seams to be jumping to conclusions fairly quickly.Last edited by 52.5 Lemons; 2011-09-25 at 09:56 PM.

Re: The Dragonspire Killers
Ok so raise your hands if you didn't expect to see Bladescape night killed.
So there's spelling errors again. So either this is someone who doesn't proofread or it's intentionally misleading. Which is no excuse really. C'mon, spellcheck is built right into most browsers isn't it? So I guess I'd lean more toward someone I'm not used to playing with.
All the clues I see seem fairly obvious, which is just....weird. Whoever it is doesn't seem to be trying to mislead us as to the intended targets unless there's something more subtle going on that I'm missing. Which means there probably is.
I'd go for Gray Mage again but, I started with that yesterday. I guess I'll go forStopwatch. I have no confidence in this at all though. If C'nor has any insights I'd like to hear them (since his gut instinct was right yesterday).
Edit: @Penguinator: Yeah, that seems to be more or less how it works. You just get to know something based on the five people you chose.
And wow I got ninja'd by multiple people.Last edited by Ramsus; 2011-09-26 at 03:05 PM.
