(In my defense, since he doesn't appear on the 3rd page, appears to be using Inspire Courage or another battle capable song on the 1st, and merely sings about his skill points on the second, it would be hard to dispute that this isn't the genuine first use of Inspire Competence. What really brought this strip out in particular was that he mispelt Competence as Competance, which is what I was referencing in my hints. But rules are rules.)
