Default [PF] Another attempt at infinite healing

Assume a 5th level cleric or Oracle has the Glorious Heat feat.

Can't they cast Spark all day long for free healing?

Sure they can. It's a bit silly, though.

Aside from the not curative effects of a more liberal interpretation of Glorious Heat...
    Yeah, it works.

    What is that interpretation?

Assuming the feat was transcribed accurately, I really don't see any other way it can be interpreted. Mind explaining if you do?

It's nothing mechanical, worry not. The feat works exactly how it is supposed to.

    Hi

In PFS games they've amended it so it grants HP equal to spell level.

Eg Spark grants 0, Flame Strike grants 5. (Thier specific examples).

But it's still very nice for Sarenrae followers!

    Thanks
    Paul H

Edit: Here's a thing. If you're playing a Gnome Synthesist 1/Cleric 4 (Sarenrae: Fire & Healing), with Pyromaniac Alternate Racial Trait, can you take Glorious Heat at 5th lvl? You're CL 4 for Cleric stuff, but CL 5 for Fire spells.

Are changes to PFS considered official errata? The Paizo errata process is kind of flaky, so I'm not sure what's RAW these days or not.

    Hi

Doubt the changes in PFS games count as errata - just that they think some abilities are far too powerful for the PFS games.

EG. Some of the Traits, like Rich Parents are banned.

They are useful guidelines for Homebrew PF games, though....

Here's a list of their rulings for PFS games:

Most stuff PF legal, just some stuff isn't PFS legal..

    Thanks

The problematic beautiful thing here is that you'll wind up burning the entire campaign setting to the ground... for healing.

My players tend to burn down my campaign setting every other session anyway. At least this way some good might come of it.
