"We already got married! We got drove to the chapel-thingy on Robert, after which I got hungry and ate everyone in the building. The ceremony was already over, though, so it was okay. Then, you came up to the roof where I was napping and asked me all these questions. You got angry with me and killed Robert and told me that I could eat anyone I wanted, even babies, which was very nice of you and I appreciate that. We finally walked home after you tossed me your bag of cookies, which I never actually ate...I can be sooo stupid sometimes, and you eviscerated tons of people on the way home. That was a horrible waste, by the way. Since you don't seem like you feel like killing anyone right now, would you help get me out of here? I'm kinda stuck. Be careful with your hands. I nearly bit one...a bird nearly tore one off."

Dave easily lifted the bed up.
"Now, come give me a hug. I quit my job at Umbrella today and I need hugs."

Clarissa can breathe easy again! Yay! She springs to her feet and attempts to hug Dave, whispering into his ear as she does so.

"Dave. I think you need some professional help with your problems. Quitting Umbrella was a good start, but you can't just go around killing people in public, m'kay?"

Clarissa really isn't one to be telling Dave that he needs to seek some professional help with his problems. She is the real monster here, not Dave, right?

"Anything for you."
He hugged her and noticed the unopened present on the bed.
"Oh yeah, Tirin got you a wedding present."

Clarissa just casts Dave a sideways, slightly perplexed glance, making no movements to reach the present as of yet.

"What's a Tirin?"

Clarissa isn't good with names at all. This is probably because she is absolutely terrible with people and thus has no real reason to learn the names of others for more than a few hours at most. Dave's name is different, but only a little bit.

"Just open it ya cutie, I already know what's inside and it can't kill you or even hurt you."
Inside is a psychic dampener that she can put on her neck.

Clarissa takes a hesitant step toward the gift, eyeing it distrustfully before slowly extending her arm until the very tip of her finger barely brushes against the decorative wrapping paper.

"Poke?"

Clarissa tests the box for any signs of sapience before shredding it into hundreds of itty-bitty pieces of confetti!

"Teeheehee!"

She mischievously giggles until she catches sight of...a collar within the box!

"No! I am not putting that around my neck! It'd be way too constricting! It'd strangle me, Dave."

The device likely wouldn't strangle Clarissa, though it would keep her from swallowing normally-sized people whole in this form with her mouth by keeping her neck from expanding to accommodate for the contours and large size of most humanoid bodies. Just food for thought...

Dave picks up the collar and slices it. Only the part that protects her mind is left.
"How about this, we'll just put this part on the back of your neck and it'll still work. It's a psychic dampener so people can't mess with your head."

"I don't like machines!"

Clarissa growls and glares at the psychic dampener! Woah there, Clarissa! This isn't something to get so angry about!

Clarissa marches up to Dave and attempts to begin licking the dried blood off of him. She is just an advanced animal, after all. In her mind, a tongue is designed for tasting and washing things! Being an animal would explain why she hates technology so much. Technology too often destroys nature. Clarissa has developed an understanding with the oven, microwave, television, and blueray in Dave's sweet pad, but she is still at odds with the heater, the dishwasher, and just about every other mechanical object in Dave's house, especially that darn buzzy-alarmy-thingy that would never stop ringing unless she smacked it about the head with feverish fury!

As such, Clarissa attempts to, without warning, clamp her sharp, little teeth onto the center of the psychic dampener and swallow it whole before continuing her attempt at washing Dave! Quick! There's probably still time to get it back before it's digested!

Dave is too busy being licked to notice her eat the dampener!
"By the way, I got a teaching job instead at PACK."
He tried to wrap his arms around her.
"So, I don't start work for a couple days so we have a honey moon to enjoy."

Clarissa's eyes light up with enthusiasm and excitement when Dave mentions a honeymoon!

"That sounds really delicious! How much honey did it take for you to make one?"

"It took 10 long years to make an finally it's ready for both of us to enjoy."
He smiled at her.
"I have a cruise planned for us and you cannot eat a single person on it because I do not know how to drive a boat."

Gliding down was a smart move, as Percilia would have slapped Tom with a righteous fury had she been telewarped so soon after Tom's little mistake. The whole event should proceed without incident from Percilia, I'd imagine, unless she seems to be slipping out of Tom's grasp, in which case she will scream senselessly and attempt to wrap herself around Tom up until Tom's feet touch the ground once again.

"Eep! Don't drop me!"

Percilia repeats, slamming her eyelids shut for the duration of the pair's descent.

Tom sighs, mentally dropping 'romantic flight across the sky like Superman or something' into a metaphorical trash bin. How is it that every girl who falls in love with a MagClone also happens to share that same fear of heights? So lame and inconvenient. Anyways, everything should go fairly uneventfully, luckily for these two but unfortunately for anyone reading all this nonsense.

"Alright, we've reached the ground, Percilia. You can let go now."

It is Clarissa's turn to have an eye-twitching spasm.

"You are kidding me, right? I can't eat people while on any boats!"

Unbelievable! The nerve of some people, not wanting to get eaten! Gosh!

I think we fixed Clarissa.

Percilia opens her eyes veeery slowly, as though half-expecting for Tom to still be hovering midair with a big, mean-spirited smirk on his face. She is glad to find that they are quite near the ground at this point. A devious smile spreads across her face.

"No. I don't think I'll be letting go of you just yet."

Percilia tries to lean up and smooch Tom right on the lips. Tom isn't the only one in this relationship who is a little impulsive.

Percilia opens her eyes veeery slowly, as though half-expecting for Tom to still be hovering midair with a big, mean-spirited smirk on his face. She is glad to find that they are quite near the ground at this point. A devious smile spreads across her face.

"No. I don't think I'll be letting go of you just yet."

Percilia tries to lean up and smooch Tom right on the lips. Tom isn't the only one in this relationship who is a little impulsive.

Tom adds a bit of spin to the smooch, so the two twirl slowly in the air mid-kiss. I don't know why he did it, I guess he just thought it'd make things more fun and silly or something. All this romancey stuff makes me queasy, honestly. Blech, kissing girls. When's he going to go back to exploding stuff and pointing guns at things?!

That did add a bit of magic to the kiss in Percilia's eyes. She stares at Tom lovingly and attempts to reach up to rub her hand through his hair, until she realizes that Doctor Godlark has no hair... She chooses to try to caress his fleshy cheek instead. Lamentably, it seems that Tom-

"Tom? Have you ever breached a door before? I could teach you, if you wanted."

-will be blowing things up in the very near future! It seems like Percilia shows her affection by teaching others how to kill or destroy things better! Hooray for crazy, overaggressive people!

"Y'know, Evan, it's hard to sulk when you're cooking." Tina says, partly serious. She gives him a broader sort of smile.

Jasper's Apartment

A certain someone lets herself in through the front door.

It's Legion, wearing her standard leathers. Strange red ink colors her face in fantastic shapes, the jagged formations occasionally forming images of Objects. The ones the Lady owns. The tattoo runs down from her forehead, splitting over her cheeks, then curving down her neck and beneath the armor. An image of the sword Peace travels down Legion's nose, and a handprint much like Science's mercury hand is stamped on her cheek.

The Lady looks around nervously, hoping Jasper's home.

"Er....what?"
He was wondering what the heck happened.

Jasper's Apartment

Jasper is indeed home, having only just recovered from a bad bout of deadtime. In fact, at the moment he's snoring on the couch, having passed out from exhaustion.

"Why do you want to be taking me somewhere where I can't eat people? That's...that's not very n-n-n-n-nice."

Clarissa is going into a withdrawal just thinking about it!

"Could I bring some sssnacksss with me, at l-l-least?"

Spending time with Clarissa might get a little dangerous if she isn't fed for the duration of a long cruise... Of course, she could probably just eat the sea life and be just fine, but she doesn't know that, which is good, because she detests the water with all of her being, namely because she doesn't float. Clarissa sinks like a huge, humanish boulder that can scream.

Jasper's Apartment

Legion gives a small, tired smile. It's good to have someone like Jasper at home, especially after learning all those things. She isn't sure how many of them are true, but even so, it's a lot to swallow.

The bloodstained Lady goes and gets herself cleaned up before changing into her PJ's. That done, and the tattoo rather rigourously studied, she tries to lie on top of Jasper and take a nap right along with him.

"Y'know, Evan, it's hard to sulk when you're cooking." Tina says, partly serious. She gives him a broader sort of smile.

"It's a terrible burden, maing people happy through food. But I do my best to live up to it." He sounds incredibly serious. It's almost definite that he's completely joking.

He tried to pet her comfortingly.

Clarissa lets out a sigh of relief as she receives pets!

"That's far better! Alrighty then! I just need to stop by the Red Zone later on to abduct some!"

Uhh... I don't think Dave will approve of the "snacks" Clarissa has in mind...

Dave frowned. He did suppose he said she could eat anyone.

He tried to huggle her.

Dave isn't going to do anything to stop Clarissa from making use of the poor folk living in the Red Zone as a light snack? Nothing at all? Seriously? Wow! Is Dave even remotely compassionate? It doesn't matter. Dave's specific form of mild apathy works out in Clarissa's favor anyway.

Clarissa is huggled by Dave! She begins to giggle!

"Do you know if that *heehee* psychic dampener thingy ran on nuclear power because I *hehee* feel great!"

"Yeah, it did. We leave tomorrow for the cruise so go get the people you wanna eat so we can smuggle them on board in time."
