"The next one on the list." Reinholdt holds up the list to remind the Encyclopede. Fortunately the list is only two long, so this next stop will probably be the last.

"Of course. Follow me." The Encyclopede will head for a room. The doors close behind them, and with a swift lurch the room heads downwards. After a short journey, the doors open again and the Encyclopede leads Reinholdt into a room apparently lacking a ceiling; in fact, it's taller than the elevator shaft, and there's only one door in the lift.

"Is there any particular reason why you need an empty room with no ceiling, or is this where they store the information on air?" Reinholdt asks, looking up and getting dizzy.

"Alright, if you feel that way." And everyone except Edijar, Kirk and Charity will be returned to the place from where Libra took them.

The Half-dragon will nod, knowing that Libra has made the wish. She's chaotic, but when she agrees to something, she does it.

For now though, Harnel goes to find Cessie. He needs to talk to her, see if she's alright.

"Man, you'd better never get earthquakes in here." That'd be bad.

Yes, but how would you get the information back or, for that matter, protect it from the wind?

"An earthquake requires plate tectonics to occur; this demiplane lacks plates to move against each other in a manner to cause such an event. There's also the fact that our library moves to the whims of the Wikipede and anywhere it wishes to protect from an earthquake would be unscathed, though why the Wikipede would wish to duplicate an earthquake is not readily apparent." So the doors do move when Reinholdt's not looking. Although they could also move when he is looking- the doors don't really mind.

"Uhhh... you know I was kidding, right? I don't actually expect earthquakes to happen here." The doors to shift like the staircases in Hogwarts maybe, but no earthquakes.

Hermitage of Dalachrech- Elezibethele

One of the mystic hands attempts to grab hold of the guy's hair and pull his head back painfully, so his neck doesn't break. If that fails, they'll stop his fall about an inch from the floor. Slaves don't escape the fate Elezibethele has chosen for them that easily.

Hermitage of Dalachrech- Azurelle

"Excellent. Now that that's out of the way, open your mouth." If the wounded slave does as she is asked, Azurelle will murmur a prayer to Dalachrech, asking Him to repair the damage to the slave's mouth. The healing magic will tingle unpleasantly, but should repair the holes in the tongue quite well. The spell will also spread to the other areas Azurelle has abused, and heal damage there too, with the same unpleasant tingle.

[Hermitage of Dalachrech- Elezibethele]

Ouch! Hair-yanking! That's no fun (judging by all that frantic and pained screaming)! Well, it didn't hurt the slave to try to end himself, did it? Oh wait...

The slave in question isn't about to be trumped that easily! He doesn't want to die in the manner Elezibethele has prescribed for him! The slave will attempt to swallow his own tongue to bypass Elezibethele's countering technique.

Yes. This whole event is truly scaring the other slaves stiff! This is a brutal and horrific condemnation on so many levels.

The slave in question does comply. She is in great pain and only wishes for it to stop! She is healed shortly thereafter. Though she does find the experience most distressing and unpleasant, she is thankful for the healing all the same.

It's far better than losing her tongue. The slave realizes that this mending of her flesh probably isn't a selfless or generous action, given what she (and her sisters) were purchased for...

"So, you'd rather die your own way, hmm? Well luckily for you I've decided that the best punishment for attempting to steal the life I bought is to let you live." As soon as it's obvious that he's choking, Elezibethele will march over to him, try to force his mouth open and rip his tongue out whilst she murmurs a healing spell to try and keep him alive slightly longer.

"Now, you're mine, and you'll always be mine. And I'm going to label you. Elezibethele's unimaginative; she's almost certainly numbered the temple slaves. Which is unfortunate, as if I number you I'll never know who's going to respond. So I'll letter you instead. Choose clothing from that chest, then we'll leave." Azurelle gets jealous easily, and she doesn't want to display her slaves to the guards. The clothing, therefore, are long dresses that reveal a bit of cleavage and have a long open slit on one side, revealing most of a leg. There's no shoes, however.

"Oh. Another joke. I see." They still don't get jokes, I'm afraid. Reinholdt should stop making jokes around these guys; they have no sense of humour.

The Encyclopede will wait where it is whilst Reinholdt selects the information he needs. Fortunately the bookshelves have a 'down' gravity, enabling somebody to walk on them without falling off.

That might disorientate Reinholdt a bit when he discovers it.

Oh, there here. Reinholdt thought they were just passing through. Well once he figures it out, he starts selecting information and flying around in pink cat form to get at others. This will take a fair bit longer than the other one though.

Edijar simply shakes his head at Libra's comments. "Is there anything else? Or can we leave now?"

Edijar simply shakes his head at Libra's comments. "Is there anything else? Or can we leave now?"

"I am!" Libra insists. "There are other humans who can do the stuff I do! Maybe I'm a human from somewhere where all humans can do this huh?"

She then turns to Edijar and waves him away, "You could always leave... except when I imprisoned you with large steel arenas. I guess you couldn't leave then."

"So do you still have to work? Or was this your work?" Charity asks Edijar. She doesn't find Libra interesting enough to keep talking to. Charity really dislikes god-like beings. Though at least she doesn't expect worship, which is a major plus factor in Libra's favor.

Edijar starts ignoring Libra as well and tries to give Charity a gentle hug. "This was work for today." He tells her. "Lets go home, okay?"

"Sure thing," she says, and pokes his suit. "This thing flies, right?"

Libra shakes her head and then just disappears again. She had plans though...

He can't help but smile a bit, pleasantly surprised. "It can. Do you want to do that or just teleport home?"

"Fly me," Charity says, kissing her fingers and pressing the fingers to his visor. There are some major disadvantages to having your boyfriend in massive powerarmor, so may as well enjoy one of the few bonuses, right?

Edijar slides his helmet's visor back so he can lean forward and kiss his love. As he kisses her, his cape wraps around her. He keeps a gentle grip on Charity and she'll feel them begin to lift up slowly as he takes them into the air.

Eww, and oh gods the pain!

Both of Elezibethele's actions are successful! Prolonging the slave's misery should be the perfect deterrent against the slaves attempting to end themselves in the future.

The slaves don the clothing Azurelle has provided. Maybe...maybe their lives won't be too terrible. Maybe they'll just have to become accustomed to Azurelle's ways. Making the transition will be tortuous, but it'll all turn out all right in the end...right? Maybe... Azurelle appeared as though she savored the taste of blood in her mouth though...

It's also pretty silly that Azurelle decided to call Elezibethele unimaginative for numbering her slaves before choosing to letter her own.

Well, if the tongue was ripped out of the slave's mouth, rather than merely his throat (Elezibethele doesn't care which result she achieves), the healing spell will stop the bleeding and cause the wound to scar over quickly, but won't regenerate the tongue. "You are aware that your lives mean nothing to me, yes? Good. Now, I think that's the tour over. You may go and explore, though the guards have orders not to let you out or onto the roof without either myself or Azurelle being present. When the bell rings, head to the kitchen- it will then be lunchtime. You are now dismissed. Except for you, Mine, you stay here. Oh, and if any of you manage to kill yourselves, I'll chop off a finger from the survivors. And that includes Mine." Elezibethele makes a shooing motion with her hands.

Azurelle will watch the slaves get dressed and when they're ready she'll leave her room, locking the door behind the slaves. She'll then walk towards the Punishment Room, although she'll try and hold one of the slave's hands on the journey.

"Now, are you quite sure this is the way, Brother Alto?" asked a balding man in clergy vestments, colored in soft blues with a bright, eight pointed star pendent hanging from his neck.
"Certain as I can be, Brother Veta. I know these woods like the back of my hand." said a middle aged man in similar garb.
"How do you mean, Brother Alto? You've never been here before!"
"Well, I've got the map memorized and I'm sure this is the right way, Brother Veta"
"But, Brother Alto, we left the road an hour ago! There aren't any landmarks anywhere and-"
"Ah-ah-ah-ah! Brother Veta, trust in her ladyship. Things will work out fine."
"If you insist, Brother Alto"

Now, as could be gathered from this conversation, these two were obviously and undeniably lost. Of course, given that neither of them were willing to admit it, this would probably continue on for some time until - "Ah! See there, Brother Veta? We have arrived!" Alto said, gesturing to what could possibly be misconstrued as a mansion built by someone with very strange tastes.

Brother Alto decided that the best thing to do would be to knock very solidly on the doors. Obviously they couldn't preach the good word of the Lady if they had noone to preach to.

Shed 5 -> Shed 8
"Follow me then!"
He tries to lead them to Shed 8 and show them the tool box, rusted sheets of metal, gas tanks, and the generator(which has been partially taken apart with the parts in a nice little container so they wouldn't go all over the place)

Jakob sees the blade, and reaches out with one of his massive paws to attempt to catch it between two of his meaty fingers. Even if he pulls it off the sword will probably score a very good hit on his palm, but with the other hand he'll try another blow at the shield bearer, this one a bit lighter and more awkward, being one handed.

Buffetted again, the blow might well have been two handed, as without the energy disruption the blow knocks him just as much. He attempts to hold onto the blade as he begins to become a blockage to ascending onto the walls, but if Jakob pulls on the blade, the elven warrior will be unlikely to have the balance and traction to keep it in his hands.

EtherAin Manor

Molodai's hit by an arrow. She screeches in pain and ducks, perhaps figuring out what happened and not wanting it to happen again. A steady trickle of blood falls from her shoulder. Anger and fear bubbles up inside her.

Fast forward to the attack on the wall. Even as the swordsman straightens, he'll find himself set upon by the ravenous wildfae. She's fast, fast enough to get inside the reach of his sword.

Molodai's hungry. She'll go straight for his throat, if she can, claws trying to catch his arms and hold them down.

Upon seeing her, the swordsman doesn't expect as much speed and voracity as Molodai contains. Underestimating his foe, he has already begun to watch out for real dangers. By the time he realises what the spindley injured fae can do, it's probably already got a good hold on him.

The two skirmish parties clash around Quinn and Jacques. Both staying out of the main battle. Will finds himself facing a nameless soldier as the rest of the skirmish party begins to fall back in the face of Lord FeyClaw's assault. Harina is kept safely behind the FeyClaw lines until she recovers her balance.

[Slii Arhem]

Skirmish

Rather than keep his grip on the Sword, Jakob shoves his fist forward in a short punch at the shield-bearer, attempting to force him off the wall and into the crowd of his fellows behind him while he's still unbalanced from the last blow. With the club in his other hand he manages a clumsy horizontal swipe that might manage to connect if the soldier keeps his footing.

If either one of these connects then Jakob will let go of the blade as its holder falls back, so he doesn't do any more damage to his hand.

To any soldiers, servants, or noblemen manning the wall beside him, Jakob hollers out, "Bring me pitch, oil, and a torch! Jakob has terrible idea."
