produce flame sla

is there any monsters with produce flame as sla. its better if at will. I know theres a domovoi that has this in frostburn but i was wondering if there are any others?

Thanks to the Half-Fire Elemental template, *any* monster can have that as long as it's corporeal, not an elemental, and has a "character level" that's three or higher! Sadly, it's only usable once per day, which is pretty far from at-will.

If you have Quicken Spell, Still Spell, Silent Spell, the ability to cast Produce Flame, and a 9th-level spell slot, you can take Innate Spell to get Produce Flame as an at-will 1/round SLA. Super costly, but it gets you exactly what you want. The only ways I know of to acquire another creature's SLA (spellthief and ur-priest) are temporary and limited-use, but maybe there's a way to take a SLA from someone else for good?
