Gary and Kiley want to discuss. They've got plenty to chat about: what happened between them, what do they think it means, how do they plan to deal with it especially considering the open question of Yuki's situation and the whole contest fiasco. It's not like they wanted to become a couple, it was a "one thing led to another" case when they were both in a lot of stress. They both had taken previous commitments which would make an actual relationship between them a kinda betrayal of other people; namely Yuki. So it's important that they try to examine the situation rationally and decide where to go from that; and given DiDi's cattiness at home if they wanted to do so they had to go out and do it somewhere outside.

Of course, the law of ensuing hijinks made them go to Sonya's café.

Maybe because Kiley is one of the most normal people in the comic... many girls have breast issues (I think(?)) and having spontaneous sex is... well, not that uncommon. She's a nice girl compared to say... "totally not a lesbian" and "never show her your ****". (Not aying those two are terrible but yeah)

What I like is how to an outside observer, just reading the last few weeks of comics would give you the impression that gary is a badass playboy with gorgeous women pouring out of the woodwork to get a piece of him.

It's not just an impression. Amber, Yuki, Sonya, DiDi and Kiley are all very attractive. Zii is starting to get interested, too; though this is negated by her being in her first committed relationship of the story. (Then there's also Dillon and Senna. Count of people who want to jump Gary: five women, one gay man, and one bi, pre-op MTF transexual.)

The story has slowly shifted from poking fun at the frustrations of a dorky loser into a run of the mill harem manga.

I think the point is, that the women in the comic are just as shallow as the men. Nobody every cared for Gary, but now that others claim he's a sex god, they are suddenly all over him.
