Really, it would have been fairer if he made the escape. Btw, only 2 pp left, so I had nother else for him.

Scribly just starts doing massive amounts of non lethal damage. Letting the mans survival depend on himself.

After he is sure he's done sufficient damage he reverts to his normal form and writes a small note to leave for the kobolds, in draconic, on Vulchanka's body. He also leaves the man's and Vulchanka's body outside his door.

Dear neighbors,

Vulchanka went to interrogate the man in front of the door to get information on the greenbloods that are bothering us. They ambushed us when exiting though. I managed to kill theír leader and left you two casters/fighters to interrogate. I've gone to check on their dead leaders house, to see if I can dig up anymore information, before they destroy the evidence. I’ll return to you, when I’m done.

Alright, almost finished leveling up.

Gained loads more PP. (99 now witht the +4 amulet)
Ethereal Agent (arcane eye for psions, scouting!! combined with swift concentration skill trick I can walk around AND scout).
Cranial Deluge (The 18d6 mindblast Fort save variant. Mostly to have Will save powers and Fort save powers)

Took expanded knowledge af my feat to get PSIONIC TELEPORT!!! What could be more usefull for someone paranoid.

Class ability gave me a +2 insight bonus to save vs. compulsion and law, which stacks with the crystal I think.

Things I want to buy
Change my Breastplate +1 (restful crystal) to a Breastplate +1 Variable (another +1) (Greater crystal of mind cloacking

The pendant has Market Value of 1350 (equivalent of pendant of Gallantry but with different effects).

Keep in mind what you are selling is 1/2 the market value. So if you are selling something with MV 4000 gold you get 2000 gold for it.

You find the goblin attending class. It is actually run by the diviner you had spoken with some days ago. He is describing the principles of sympathetic magic to his students.

Ah on your question about the troll thing.

If you transform from what you are to troll... I assume all items would not work much like transforming to anything else...

BUT given its a monstrous humanoid if you remove the items, transform and put them on again, then most would work. Magical items resize to fit the owner after all. Its just that this would take time and hence is not suitable for sudden change approaches.

Can you PM Rizban and ask him though? Would like his opinion as well.

I will. Since metamorphosis duration is in minutes, it might even be interesting. The variable armor already works though, since I can refit it as a swift action. Gives some interesting mechanics for the ring of sustenance ...., which is by far the most important. Now that I'm quite magic item heavy, it is actually more of a trade off then a buff, if I metamorphosis. I'm looking up medium sized humanoids as I type though.

"Anyway, I managed to kill him, just hours ago. And I want to check his office for evidence."

"Please show me where it is and if you help me, the clock thingie, it's yours!"

He looks left and right as if ensuring you are alone and then he gives a worried shudder.

"What if... what if they found out and they ... and they learn I helped you? They will come after me!!!"

"Yeah, can't get much worse really. But you got this university and me to protect you. And I'm working hard on it. Malakai was one a bit higher up then the "soldiers", so they'll be after me first. I'm taking this club down, so you better help me. It's them or us really!!"

"No, not a brother, the man who hired him. Professor Erandel is master of Necromancy. Though he mostly teaches how NOT to use it and how to protect against it. People say he is involved with the Videum Obscurum but its just a rumor probably..." he explains.

"And no, you said if I showed you his office and helped you the clock was mine... not if I risk my life by wading through a faculty members private rooms! I can probably remove SOME of the traps but this is by FAR not my specialty!"

"Videum Obscurum, ? I know nothing of it. You should tell me more about it some other time. Unless it could be related to the greenbloods."

"And indeed, the "helping" part consists of clearing the room for me. I fully realise you haven't said yes yet though, but perhaps you could get help or something. I'm all spend so if you say no, it is simply a chance wasted. But the way I see it, we need every bit of info we can get."

"Campus cats? On a magical university? They would have been either used for experiments already OR they would have turned into giant monstrocities from eating the various magical left-overs by now.

We do have a section where they keep newts. They are the best for magical experimentation apparently..." he says and gives you directions.

He doesnt seem too happy with the 200 gold but he shrugs.

"I will see what I can do with this pittance sir but... well... I already told you I am an exception... most students can generally afford their tuition so not sure if this will wet their appetite..."

"yes, of course. There's another 400 gp ready if all for a well. And go get a couple of newts. Well say they escaped into his room and now were trying to save them. "

Thirty minutes later you see Dreifus returning with a young man and a young woman following him. He stops next to you and hands you 2 murky eyes newts.

He also whispers "I had to charm the girl into joining and I dont mean the flirting kind of charm..."

"Good work, Dreifus. That's the kind of mentality that gets the job done."

"Lead the way!"

Scribly seems relieved at Dreifus quick action.

Good, now just got to do a quick search and get out of here. Hopefully the kobolds will give me shelter. I need to rest and to think things over. And check on Mraz. It would be a pity to lose him, but he was the one who got me involved with these greenbloods. He has guards though and I doubt Regira works death and destruction herself.

Dreifus points at the door and tells the two students.

"Go on. Do your... magic!" he says with a very very self satisfied magic.

The charmed girl steps forward and casts a spell. (DC 16 spellcraft to tell its Detect Snares and Traps)

"Yep, its trapped. Some kind of alarm spell and some kind of compulsion..." she explains after 3 minutes.

The other one looks at you and at Dreifus and he taps his lip.

"Move back, I have just the thing!" he says and assuming everyone complies he starts casting a spell (DC 17 spellcraft to tell he is about to cast Knock).
