Lildorrinene doesn't have G.A.S. (she's a lady, after all), but she does recognize when an enemy has multiple enchantments. She casts greater dispel magic, targeted on the marilith.
    Spoiler
    Show
Not that Lil can see what's what, but this is just to make things easy for the DM .... who will need to roll for any other spell effects that may be active on snake-girl. The following are the caster level checks to dispel each effect:
    Mirror Image (1d20+17)[28]
    Displacement (1d20+17)[30]
    Bite of the Werebear (1d20+17)[29]
    Shield (1d20+17)[23]
    Greater Mage Armor (1d20+17)[25]

EDIT: Seeing as the best the marilith can have for a CL is 20th, that means that the displacement worked, but nothing else. S'okay, I'm sure Taleira and Atareth are happy for that.

Lil is usually a lot better at bringing down enemy enchantments, but in the marilith, she might have met her match. As she casts her spell, the wavy edges of the marilith dissipate, but nothing else about her changes.

    Taleira Ulharvyth

Its a good news/bad news situation for Taleira as she dances around the marilith. The bad news is that none of her probing attacks hit the real Ka'Rishta, but the good news is that she dispels 5 of the images with her attacks, leaving only 2 images and the real Ka'Rishta.

Following Lil's good example, the nymph casts a Greater Dispelling at the Marilith, hoping to bring down yet more of its defenses, and hopefully make sure there is only one of them. Still worried about her own defenses, however, she enters a psychic trance that seems to heighten her reflexes and understanding of the world around her. Now, with her new defenses around her, though, the nymph darts into the room, still 20 feet away from the Marilith, but close enough to pressure her (hopefully).

Atareth's first attack connects with one of the images and dispels it, however her second shot flies wide. Theres now only one image up, along with the marilith itself. Atareth is trying to fly high enough to be out of range of the fiend, but as she enters the room, she realizes that is quite impossible, the cielings dont allow that sort of height, and any that they do allow would be negated by the marilith simply rearing up higher, as its lower body is that of a snake. Its coiled down now, but the demon can easily get "taller".

Both arrows count as good-aligned and chaos-aligned, and it is wielding a Holy Composite Longbow (x3 on critical hits).

Image Struck on a 1 (1d2)[1]. If it hits the image, Tallesin activates his Belt of Battle to gain a standard action and attack the marilith as if there are no images left (see "No Images Left"). If it hits the marilith, the demon is entangled, so it's still not all bad.

The bralani is ineffective in his attack, however Tallesin hits the image of the marilith, taking it out. He quickly activates his belt of battle to fire off a potent Avasculate spell, but the marilith's spell resistance is too much for him to overcome.

It doesnt hit critically, but it does hit. The big ball of goo continues its bouncing attack, but the marilith is still managing to avoid the full brunt of its attack. Meanwhile, Dots attempt to use telekenisis on the demon does not work, however her ball of force connects with the demon. All in all, the demon took 55 points of damage, less any DR she has that applies.

Before she even moves, the marilith makes a quick motion, and the shield she had guarding her is re-established. The casting does not look like a normal casting as it is so much shorter. Then the marilith begins its attack routines.
With the exception of Lil, who probably saw them in action in Nocticula's court, no one in the party has seen a marilith go through its full attack routine. If the swords werent so sharp, it would be a thing of total grace and beauty, six swords swinging totally independently of each other, making for a meshwork of steel around her. Adding to the display, the marilith moves with incredible speed, dancing from target to target as she attacks. The style is reminiscent of Taleira's dervish dance, but the marilith is moving even faster. Two of her swords slash at Atareth, two at Taleira and two at Tallesin.

The demons attacks are brutal. Atareth is hit 4 times for a total of 152 points of damage. Taleira is hit 3 times for 100 points and Tallesin takes a real pounding, 5 hits for 188 points of damage.
(Note that all of these are before any DR you have) Ireth just manages to dodge the sneaky tail of the marilith, which still is twitching in anticipation of getting her next time.

    Lil up, Tali to follow.

Not expecting the demon's onslaught, Tallesin is truly hurting and just barely maintaining consciousness. "Melinda," he telepathically groans, "Remember your promises to me, okay? I don't want to be the martyr here, but I may soon have no choice."

As demon hammers away at the party, Taleira uses her karmic strike ability to get a few shots back at her in retaliation. The wraithstrike on her sword serves her well, and she gets in several hits. Meanwhile, Lil flies into a position behind the nearly dead Tallesin, and uses the wand given to the party to give him enough health to survive. While doing so, Talbot wrly remarks...Thats the famous dance of death that a marilith uses, I had wondered if I would ever see one

    Taleira Ulharvyth

Taleira reels from the hits and just manages to keep herself from falling. She's not quite out yet, though, and spits out the words of her favorite spell before counterattacking. With everything on the line, Tali unleashes everything she has on Ka'Rishta, her sword a blur as she darts in and out to strike at the larger demon.

No one in the party can follow the blur of motion that is Taleira in full battle mode. Bits and pieces of the demon fly in all directions, as well as a goodly quantity of ichor. When the dust finally settles, Taleira is just standing there, and the demon is a rapidly dissolving pile of goo.

As Taleira deconstructs the demon, Dot nods with resignation. She hefts the sphere up towards the ceiling, in case it is needed later, and her projection strolls in to look around. Nodding a greeting to the woman who may or may not be a prophet, Dot trusts others to do the talky-talk. She's intent, rather, on having the facts.

To Dot, this appears to be a normal sarcophagus. There are no enchantments on it, however it does like something or someone lies in it for at least some time each day. Given the size of the coffin, and the size of the ghostly figure, it could easily be her.
