"That's what I have drugs for." Tina says, picking up what looks like a glass of wine and swirling it in front of Evan. Her myriad addictions and alcoholism may or may not surprise Evan much at this point. Though she never seems to have backlash from it - no mood swings, no ticks, no erratic or unsettling behavior.

"Speaking of which, how was that dormamine?"

[Fettina's Suite]

Evan grins, "That's some crazy stuff," he's evidently unfazed by the bunch of drugs she has, "I'm thinking I'm gonna hold off on more though; save it for special occassions and stuff. That sort of feeling shouldn't come all the time."

[Talnissa's]

Talnissa's expression is much the same, and she will, very likely, hold the kiss until Kara breaks off.

Kara finally pulls back, feeling like the kiss went on for days.
"Have I told you how much I love you, sweetheart?"

Evan grins, "That's some crazy stuff," he's evidently unfazed by the bunch of drugs she has, "I'm thinking I'm gonna hold off on more though; save it for special occassions and stuff. That sort of feeling shouldn't come all the time."

"You're kidding. Why not?" Tina finishes her wine and sets the glass aside, genuinely curious. She looks at him like he's being stupid - why wouldn't you want to feel that good all the time? "Dormamine's safe, y'know. A little addictive, sure, but it won't hurt you."

Kara finally pulls back, feeling like the kiss went on for days.
"Have I told you how much I love you, sweetheart?"

[Talnissa's]

"You have, s'saeta. But that doesn't mean it's not nice to hear it again."

[Halae]

[Fettina's Suite]

Evan nods, "Mhm, I figured as much. But it's like how you can only get eggnog around thanksmas time. I want it to be for special occassions. Something that good seems to me like it should be a rare treat."

"I kinda cheated though. Oh! I never told you about that. It was this store in Mallside where they do stuff with memories. They gave me all Adir's memories of how to read and write. It was kinda weird, but handy." Sakura says.

[Mithar Keep]

"Yes, I have been doing some mind manipulations in my days as well. Sounds rather useful sharing experiences like that. Maybe I can become an expert swords woman?" The mage replies with an amused smile.

"That's an rather amusing idea, did you share anything else with him?"

[Gullara]

Sakura laughs. "I'm not sure it works that way, though. I know how to write, but when I do it it looks really messy." She writes a lot like a preschooler. >.> "But I never shared anything else. I wanted to show him a few things, but the store keeps the memories to pay for it and they were kinda private."

"Oh, what was it? Couldn't you just tell him those?" Cessie asks curiously.

Evan nods, "Mhm, I figured as much. But it's like how you can only get eggnog around thanksmas time. I want it to be for special occassions. Something that good seems to me like it should be a rare treat."

Tina gives a mild frown. "Whatever. You might not wanna eat those muffins, then. They're, uh, not from around here." Tina points at the oven, where her batch is baking. "Just don't expect me to abstain."

"Well, you know we were kinda together before we met again at Watch, right." Sakura's probably mentioned this to Cessie at some point. "I kinda wanted to share what I was thinking and feelign when I first met him. I did tell him after, but I thought doing it with that memory thing would be nice."

[Halae]

[Fettina's Suite]

Evan raises an eyebrow, "Ah, Special muffins. Unless it's more dormamine, I'd be up for it, you know." he chuckles.

Julie's Place

"It's probably best if I don't prod around too much." Edijar admits. "I don't want to disturb anything. Whatever you two do, I have you covered."

"You have, s'saeta. But that doesn't mean it's not nice to hear it again."

Kara beams, her smile dazzling.
"Then I love you, wholly. The day you walked into my store was the best day of my life," she says with honest passion.

"Oh, that's a very good idea Sakura. I do have my own mind device which I might adjust if you really want to do it. I'm not sure I'd want to share my first feelings of Harnel though... I was rather conflicted back then." She obviously isn't now. <.<

[Gullara]

"I know." Of course she does. Sakura was the one Cessie talked to about these things after all. "Adir made a good first impression. Well, it was a really bad joke. Something about his rack." Sakura giggles at the memory. It was so bad it looped back around into funny. "He was cute, though, and he never gave up easy. I never really thought it'd get this far back then. Especially when we ended up going our separate ways for a long time."

His rack? Oh geez, she was glad Harnel hadn't started off with that kind of joke.

Still she smiled at it, there was no reason not to. "You did? Why don't you take a sit and tell me more." The mage replies, taking a seat at the table. She imagined Sakura wanted to sit down now and she had started to feel a bit sore herself.

Darn pregnancy, she needed some type of spell to overcome this physical weakness.

((The following conversation is subject to Murkus' approval of course, but I think to think we established their past well enough and I know Adir enough after a year to manage this. ))

"Oh, good idea." Sakura sits as well. She didn't even know what a relief it would be till she sits. Much better.

"Let's see. Well, we were together for a while. It wasn't anything serious though. We hung out and kissed and it was fun, but nothing more than that. I never really had too much experience with relationships before him. I'd never actually, uh, been with anyone before we met up again here. I think it was almost two years since the last time I saw him and when I came to Watch. I missed him too. So, when I saw him again at Watch, I just sorta went for it." She smiles faintly.

Kara beams, her smile dazzling.
"Then I love you, wholly. The day you walked into my store was the best day of my life," she says with honest passion.

[Talnissa's]

The robot grins, looking very, very, happy and goes to tighten their embrace.
"And I love you just as much, Kara. I think that was probably the best day of mine, too."

[Talnissa's]

Kara blushes, smiles, and decides that the thing to do is, instead of speaking, try to gently push Talnissa back onto the bed, and kiss her again!

Talnissa offers no resistance. In fact, she actively assists Kara in laying back on the bed, and happily returns the kiss, holding it until the human breaks off, and moving to trace (non-magical) patterns on her back with mildly-heated fingertips as they kiss.

Kara pulls back, gasping for breath after a short while, and shivers at the warm touch to her skin.
"That...that feels...soooo good..." she whispers, beaming happily.

[Lady Serpentine]

[Talnissa's]

Talnissa smiles happily at her, and continues tracing the elaborate pattern.

"Good. I'm glad you like it."

[Murkus]

"Oh! It was that good huh? Arright. Well, this stuff shouldn't make you trip too bad." Tina shrugs, pouring herself another glass of wine. Every clock is five o'clock here.

"So I was curious," Sip. "Can you use your magic to change other people? I don't think I ever asked."

[Halae]

[Fettina's Suite]

"Nope," Evan says simply, "Ambient magic resistance is something everybody has; the more powerful their soul, the less likely they are to be affected." Since Fettina knows how the spell works, no more elaboration is necessary. It works by making an individual's personal magic extend out into a certain form, and link it with the body to make the body follow suit. Not only is that too complex to use on others, but you can't work with their magic for the adjustment.

The mirror hits the ground with a splat, spreading out thin and forming beads of mercury. The frame quickly falls into a puddle of the substance and disappears from sight.

The puddle expands just to the edge of Mainframebot's feet, and then halts its expansion, quivering in place.

Then slowly, the mirror begins to reconstitute. If something isn't done by the time the next post is finish it will seem to be a perfectly normal pane of glass once more, only now the frame is missing.

Michalson's spell is ineffective. He completely fails to abolish the illusion on the wall, because it is linked to something else here and can't be broken unless that is destroyed first. Not that he should be able to tell that without divining it somehow. It should seem like a perfectly ordinary patch of wall.

[Julie's Place]

Looks like no illusions here... unless there are and my spell just didn't work. Michalson glances at the mirror. And by the look of that mirror, I'm betting on the former. He reaches out with his staff and tries to prod the wall with it.

Mainframebot crouches, its shape transforming slightly (through mechanical means - no dimensional shenanigans) to make a form similar to a jaguar or other hunting carnivore. It raises one forelimb over the mirror and opens its maw at the same time.

From its mouth emerges a Proton Capture Stream, aimed at the mirror. The arm opens to reveal an embedded Ghost Trap. The trap itself doesn't have any 'suck ghost into itself' abilities. The ghost has to be caught with the Capture Stream first (which can be evaded or fought free from) and then wrangled into the trap.

"Well, I like to think I've got plenty of that." Tina shrugs. "Guess I gotta be a good little student. Wonder what I could change by now." She looks down, pursing her lips. "Boobs are mostly fat, so..."

[Halae]

[Fettina's Suite]

Evan laughs, holding a hand to his forehead, "Alright, go for the boobs if you want. You may have to get rid of the elf ears if you want to manage it though; remember your change threshold."

[Murkus]

Fettina's Suite

"Oh, pfft, yeah, like you'll be complaining." Tina teases, twiddling her ears between her fingers and feeling them shrink. Moments later, her breasts swell, leaving the musician feeling... just a tiny bit awkward. She looks like she would be blushing, if her skin were lighter. "That is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Well, at least this time I don't have to buy a whole new set of underwear..." She removes her now ill-fitting undies, clearly pleased with the result. "Damn. I should've asked you about shapeshifting ages ago."

"I love it," the brunette girl whispers, and blushes a little more. "Would you..mmm...want to...maybe...spend a little longer here?" she asks, starting to trace her own fingers across her girlfriend's chest.

Evan shrugs, obviously enjoying this, "Yeah, you totally should have." It's clear why he thinks so

He leans against the counter, just grinning and looking on.
