Kara presses back, nuzzling Talnissa's cheek, and tries to snuggle as absolutely close as she possibly can!
"Duo corpora duo cordibus unus amor," she whispers.

Which Talnissa is quite pleased with, and assists her in doing, still tracing on her.

"What's that mean, love?"

"Two bodies, two hearts, one love," Kara explains, blushing, a broad smile on her face.

"Wait, really? Why'd he do that." Sakura thinks that's rather silly of him. "I mean, I'm planning on just letting Adir handle it mostly, but I did have some ideas to give him." Mostly an additional bedroom and a good place for a garden and flowerbeds.

"Yes, he's asking for food," Harnel opens up one of the cream jugs and hands it over to Kashi. "Now that you mention it, he does seem a bit larger than before."

Julie's Place

Edijar will find a cubbyhole the size of the mirror behind the false wall. He won't be able to see what he's grabbing, but it appears to be some sort of medicine cabinet.

And, if he gropes around long enough he'll find a lumpy, wooden object that he can grab hold of. If he pulls it out he'll find that it appears to be a rather roughly hewn wooden model of a house.

It glows bright white to the ecto-goggles. As soon as it breaks the barrier of the false wall a faint cackle can be heard.

"Gyeehehehehehahahahahaahahahaha..."

The shower curtain is place onto the puddle and is sucked through like everything else.

Mithar Keep 2

Kashi will begin guzzling down the cream with abandon, unless one of the two wishes to stop him. An odd thing happens though. It seems he isn't really producing any more coins and gems than he does when he isn't eating. The cream doesn't have any effect on his size either, just filling up his belly.

When he's done half the jug, he'll stop so that he can save some for later.

[Mithar Keep]

"I think it's since he wanted to prove he was capable of doing something well on his own. He got his pride like all men." The mage replies, she should add women there too though.

"We all have our strange tendencies though, it's just something you got to accept. What would you say Adir's are?" She held a pretty strong opinion what his faulty characteristics were, but pointing them out would just be bad manners.

[Mithar Keep 2]

"Harnel, if he keeps growing at this rate I'm afraid we have to take him outside before he can't fit through the main entrance. This house isn't made to house a dragon." Of course, for all she knew this dragon might eat people once it grew larger.

"Do you happen to know what kind of dragon he is? I might be able to look it up in the library to see what we can expect."

[Talnissa's]

"Two bodies, two hearts, one love," Kara explains, blushing, a broad smile on her face.

[Talnissa's]

"That certainly applies, I think... And you'll have to teach me that language at some point.", Talnissa says, smiling back just as broadly - just before going to pull Kara in for a kiss.

[Talnissa's]

"I will," Kara promises - before being pulled happily into the kiss!
Returning it, and shifting to try to stretch out fully atop Talnissa.

Talnissa squirms happily when Kara shifts to be fully atop her, and will hold the kiss until the brunette breaks off, shifting to trace her entire body, rather than just her back.

Kara pulls back for breath after a short while, looking lovingly down at Talnissa, and squirming as well at her girlfriend's touch!
"So beautiful and wonderful," she breathes, letting her own hands trace across Talnissa's figure.

Talnissa smiles happily at Kara, and keeps tracing, twitching pleasantly whenever the human's hands happen to brush a particularly sensitive area.

"So are you..."

Kara beams, blushes, and goes to pull a slow, gentle curtain so that they can thoroughly explore squirmy, twitchy caressing.

Bad manners indeed. Instead she'll just have Sakura point them out. "I can't think of any." Sakura says, giving Cessie a cheeky grin. She knows perfectly well that Adir isn't perfect, but close enough for her. *nodnod* "Oh, I dunno. I guess he could take more time to think about things."

The hivemind reconnects, and immediately the hybrids and normal slivers move to attend their new queen.

Jakob stands completely still as they rush past him.

In Jakob's mind, a war is being fought. A war that has been fought eternally, on the perfect battlefield between the perfect soldiers on the eve of forever. Ragnarok exists in every second, and oceans of blood wash the lands with every blow.

The axe in his hand hums. It will not lose its puppet to a hive that would reject it. It will succeed.

Bloodlust does its worst, but Jakob... adapts. His form wavers and twists as rage and fury are introduced to the hive. His head narrows into a point in an instant, losing its toothy maw in exchange for a beak. Its massive ropey arms shrink into thick black spikes at the end, forming two scythed arms. The thick pair of tentacles that made up its tail/legs combine, smaller tails breaking off at random and flailing about in the air. Another arm bursts from the center of its chest.

This new sliver is massive, easily as large as the queen. He quivers gently in the air, the axe dropping from arms unable and unwilling to carry it anymore.

In a spray of gore, another head springs forth to the left of the first. The process repeats itself until Jakob has a quartet of waving beaks, his intelligent eyes buried deep in the midst of a mass of tendrils that line either side of his faces.

"Queenmother has been reborn. And it seems so have I."

The axe tried its best, but in the end could not win against the adaptability of Jakob's new DNA. It was a phyrric victory however, for an aberration has been introduced to the hive.

And with him comes conflict. And War.

Bloodlust lies forgotten on the earth.

[Silver Ship]

As the slivers move to attend Jenna, they all look back at Jakob, feeling the rage and bloodlust pouring off of his axe through the hivemind. It seems they wait for whatever is happening, and as Jakob becomes his new aberrant form, Jenna snarls, knowing he's beyond her control, "So it would seem."

He can likely feel her hate for him pounding off of her, but she does not order an attack or the like. She will not sacrifice her drones against that... thing, when it could prove useful.

The Silvery aliens forget their sadness when they see Jakob's transformation.

The male rushes out, the female close behind. They get out their scanners-

Doot!

The two aliens come to a stop. The female pulls a small device out of her coat. It goes Doot! at regular intervals.

This Doot!ing device completely commands the aliens' attention.

One of Jakob's new heads turns to pierce the Object with a baleful glare. The rest bow to Jenna in a gesture of respect, ambivalent to her ire.

"What would my Queen have me do? If Jakob's opinion is desired, axe should be disposed of. It has served purpose, and would be best if it could not taint the Hive any more."

A pair of Jakob's eyes flash and one of his many extraneous tails curls upwards, gesturing at the Legionmind sliver.

Its eyes also flash in recognition, and it moves away from Jenna back to Jakob's side.

"Come to Jakob's shoulder little one. You shall ride with me until our Queen needs you."

Kara beams, blushes, and goes to pull a slow, gentle curtain so that they can thoroughly explore squirmy, twitchy caressing.

Talnissa is more than happy to help her pull the curtain for such explorations.

"I guess we both got pretty stupid husbands huh?" Cessie replies with a grin not unlike Sakura's own.

"But honestly I think they both are pretty smart if they just put their minds to it." She believes that! Honestly!

Talnissa is more than happy to help her pull the curtain for such explorations.

And when it once again rises, Kara is probably snuggled up to her side, her chest rising and falling as she catches her breath, a broad and blissful smile across her face.

Sakura's had a bit less reason to doubt Adir than Cessie has for Harnel. That said, Adir's barely encountered Libra at all.

"Oh yes, definitely." Sakura nods. Tis very true. "Just as long as we're there to keep them in line." Sakura giggles. Those men need their women, that's for certain.

Edijar frowns at the object in his hand, and tries to crush it. He knows it might be enchanted, but he won't be affected by whatever it might be.

Of course, that's not the same for the other two.

And when it once again rises, Kara is probably snuggled up to her side, her chest rising and falling as she catches her breath, a broad and blissful smile across her face.

[Talnissa's]

It's certainly possible.

Talnissa holds her close, smiling back in much the same way, and likely would be catching her own breath were she not a machine.

Despite the fact that they should probably go, the robot, at least, makes no move to move.

"I guess...we should probably go at some point..."
Kara, however, is making no move to move either.

[Lady Serpentine]

[Talnissa's]

"Probably... But on the other hand, we locked up the apartment when we left, so there's no real reason we can't stay the night here...."

"You wouldn't mind that?" Kara asks, looking up with a hopeful expression and tone in her voice.

[Honeymoon]

The newly wed Mr and Mrs Frescot make their way through the woods, more than likely hand in hand, to where the Nexus crosses over into their home world. Sakura's been eager to see it again, and even more eager to spend that time with Adir.

No doubt the reception was exciting and Sakura's still winding down from it. Well, it's likely her excitement won't be fading for a while yet.

Edijar notices the staff sinking in and shakes his head when Michalson says that the wall is normal. "Wrong." He says right before reaching through the illusion himself. "Ignore the mirror. This is probably the main target."

What in the... Michalson turns towards the wall. Goddammit. This is one strong illusion.

Mainframebot opens its mouth, preparing to shoot out the proton stream if the ghost emerges during the crushing attempt.

As the model crushes to splinters in Edijar's hand a pile of white goop darts out from the bottom, nearly dodging Mainframe's attempted capture stream. The beam wings it however, holding the blob in mid-air for now.

It quickly reconstitutes into Boo, a harmless looking little ghost with a dreadful smirk on its face. His form seems to be melting around the proton capture stream, so it's clear he won't be held for long.

The mirror on the floor shudders, rising up of its own volition. It attempts to wash over Michalson in a wave of liquid metal, possibly throwing him through the portal to places unknown.

Should Michalson be hit by the mirror, he should find himself in a burned out version of Inside, desolated after a nearly successful apocalypse. The landscape is strange, with few surviving landmarks present. Nearby, through the ruin and smoke, he should be able to make out the outline of the casino. Somehow, beyond a bit of smoke damage, it seems pristine.

[Julie's Place]

Michalson swings his staff in a wide arc, muttering a spell. Shadows rise from behind him in a large wave, which tries to collide with the liquid metal, somehow becoming solid, and push it away from the shadowmage as he glares at the ghost with hatred.

Julie's Place

Edijar drops the remains of the wooden house and pulls out his proton pack's gun. Hopefully Boo is still in place when he opens fire as well.

Mainframebot opens its forearm ghost trap again, and tries to hold Boo in place with its Capture Beam while moving the trap towards the ghost.

[Slii Arhem]

Julie's Place

The second beam hits just as Boo was about to slip the hold of the first, resolidifying him and entrapping him tightly enough that he can't move away from the encroaching trap.

The mirror splashes uselessly on the wall of shadows, unable to engulf it whole and pooling at the bottom.

As a last ditch effort ghostly hands begin to reach down from the walls to grasp at the three intruders from spreading pools of white. In the palm of each hand is a gnashing toothy mouth that will attempt to chew through anything the hand grabs hold of. The teeth aren't strong enough to eat through metal or armor, but anything less strong than that is at risk.

If this doesn't slow Mainframebot down enough, the trap will be in range to begin capture.

"You wouldn't mind that?" Kara asks, looking up with a hopeful expression and tone in her voice.

[Talnissa's]

Talnissa shakes her head, and smiles reassuringly at Kara.

"Not at all. Why would I?"
