PTTA-the lost king and the Cult of Arceus

As the scale and necklace vanished Kara felt...different. That was the only way she could think she describe it. She still felt her power in her body, but it no longer felt like an outside source and instead felt like it was one with her body. She felt stronger and her reflexes seemed to move quicker.

Strangely, she felt even more connected to pokemon. She could always sense their thoughts and feelings, but now it seemed like she could see even deeper. She felt she could sense their loyalty too.

Looking across the boat she saw Tesla fighting an Aerodactyl. However, it seemed a battle of bonding as opposed to one of enslavement or just to claim power. Looking at his pokemon she closed her eyes deciding to test the new power.

Strangely, despite her sensing, she couldn't seem to direct it. The power was still new to her and she wasn't in full control she realized. She let out a sigh, still at least it wasn't going haywire like her other powers were.

The great ball sails at the aerodactyl, and you're sure of success-until the draft from its flapping wings sends the ball off course drastically, missing the aerodactyl entirely.
"Ack!"
It hits Tony, who had just gotten up to the deck on Turbo square between the eyes, knocking him off his saddle and through one of the holes in the deck. There is a bleat, a clicking pokeball, and pained groans from below as Turbo lands, laughing.
"Auuuugh, my back...shut up, Turbo."
And the jerk skarmory is recalled.

The aerodactyl is distracted! Would you like to try again?
(You'll get the pokeball back this time, as you're the first attempt at a wild catch.)

Your ball flies true, and the aerodactyl is hit!
It wobbles once...twice...ding! The light turns blue, and the ball clicks! Congratulations! You have caught a primordial aerodactyl! Would you like to give your pokemon a name?

Tesla held his breathe in disbelief as the ball caught the Aerodactyl. He let it out and shouted, "Alright!" He ran over and collected it and the one that Struck Tom. "Sorry about that. It got away from me." Looking at the ball with the Aerodactyl in it and smiles. "I'll call you Rodan." He the then sat and repaired the spent Great Ball (Poke Ball Fix).

[Eshkigal]

Tony calls out from the hole.
"That's okay...I think I landed on a mareep."
There's another flash, and another bleat.
"Yeah...yeah, that's a mareep. Sorry mareep. Maybe I'll call you Fluffy."
Someone else down there calls out.
"What the hell just happened?"

"Why of course. It would have been boring to just have you jump into a ball and go with us. One on one, you and Ambrule?"

Pyroclast nods, and assumes a combat stance.

He fires a confuse ray at Zach.

Zachariah loses his sense of balance and begins stumbling around. "Whoa, okay, that feels weird. Just stay calm, Zachariah. Moving is only going to make you do something stupid... Ambrule, fire off your own Confuse Ray and then get back here!" He gropes for the candle Pokémon's Pokéball, waits for her to fire off a Confuse Ray, and then calls her back. "Bullet, wherever you are, you better get over here!" He yells the phrase both verbally and telepathically.

Bullet will come in as soon as you permit (He was last in the room with us and the Rockets, and is now likely wandering a hall looking for Zachariah)

And then you hit him in the chest with a very powerful Shadow Ball. (HP: 14). The magmar holds its hands up, kneeling on the ground after that blow in supplication. You have earned his loyalty.

"Okay, just grab a ball and throw..." Zachariah stumbles as he reaches for a Great Ball and throws it.

This is going to be a pain.

After calming himself for about a minute, and several bad tosses of the great ball later, finally things click, and after wobling twice, the ball glows faintly blue. Zachariah lets Pyroclast back out. "Sorry about the ball. Legalities."

"Gma marma Agma. (You should heal Ambrule.)" He takes her ball and begins walking towards a healing center near the battle deck.

You were late, Bullet. Meet me back at the room. I'll be there in a bit. He begins walking towards the battle deck as well, before remembering that there was a F***ING DRAGON carrying the ship. He tells Pyroclast to go take care of Ambrule, and he'll be there shortly after checking in with Rayquaza. After a few minutes, he arrives on deck.

[Prospector]

"Wonderful just, wonderful!" He quickly examines seeing it's true function. "Now those poor Pokemon that suffer under the yolk of evil can be freed and raised by loving hands." He smiles, as his mind continues to investigate it's mysteries.

[Eshkigal]

(...Bloody hell. I need to stop posting so late. This goes before yours, okay?)
Tesla, as you raise up Rodan's new home in your hand, a scale falls upon your arm. It begins to grow, forming gears, servos, even electronics as it becomes something similar to your machine arm, yet different. In a matter of seconds, you have a snagger arm opposite your mechanical arm, seemingly made of emerald (and yours to describe as you see fit).

And what reward would you desire, fiery one?
A scale falls into your hands, Zach, filled with psionic potential.

[Prospector]

After studying his new gauntlet, Tesla decides to head to the ship's Pokemon Center and get his Pokemon a check up.

[Esprit15]

"I honestly don't know, Monseigure. I'm happy as I am right now, unlike the other two. Hm... May I call on your aid or the aid of a god that you have some control over some time in the future? Nothing major like razing a city, of course." Zachariah asks, examining the scale in the sunlight, watching the colors it reflects.

Tesla, you arrive there, and see Pyroclast and Ambrule being waited on. There is a nurse, normally referred to as a Joy, administering an antidote while a chansey healing pulses the magmar. Other trainers are sitting with pokemon, being treated by staff and volunteers as well. You think you spot Belfast.

Tesla scans the crowd, seeing how well it works, as he approaches the desk. After getting a large sampling, he talks to the one behind it. "Hello there. I just caught a Pokemon and would like to get it treated as well as the rest of my Pokemon. Be aware though, the one I just caught is rather large."
