Sorry, I wanted to get the stupid thing finalized before I started rolling dice...

Phew. This begs a good question. How do you handle in/out combat exp? Killing obviously gives it, but cleverly circumventing mobs?

It works!

Alex almost loses his balance as the wall is shattered behind him. After reaching the top of the tower, he spots the scroll and immediately dives after it. Breaking the seal, he unfurls it and begins to read the words while picturing Therandil in his mind. When he finishes the incantation, he speaks the words:

Courtyard not protected. Gates open. Undead druid attacking Harley. Hurry!

Understood. Teleporting in with contingent of Sheriffs, rest of dwarves to follow. Will Message on arrival.

"Looks like it's time, guys. We're going into the courtyard, and it sounds like Harley and Alex have stepped in a pile of spellcaster. So it'll be up to you to do your best to keep the orcs off me while I go in for the kill. Get ready."
He throws out a few images, then casts the teleportation spell.
The powerful magic drops Therandil and the sheriffs right behind the massive bear, and from the black lightning rippling across ugly patches of fur, Therandil can instantly tell who it is...

Dropping the used up scroll, Alex takes a quick look around the courtyard. Therandil and the others would arrive soon and they would be more useful fighting the bear than he ever would. Determined not to be useless in the fight and deciding to take advantage of his invisibility, the thief searchs for orcs in the towers. With any luck, he would be able to take them out before they started shooting arrows at them.

Woot! I assumed as much, but I have had a bad experience arguing with a DM who thought "walkin around not fighting don't teach ya nuthin" It was a very short lived campaign. Unfortunately, some of the orcs have decided to exit their tower, streaming to aid the druid in his battle, from three sides, they charge toward the sheriffs and Therandil in the center.

Aww, and I just got my shiny lockpick set back too! Oh well, time for the good ol' Adamantine key...

Finding his way barred, Marros grips the smokestick in his teeth, grimacing at the bitter taste. Gripping the ladder tightly, he slowly lifts himself up by his hand alone, bringing his feet slowly around, until he is upside down. Forearms bracing, he swings his legs up with a swift motion, and thrusts feet first at the door above, readying to leap upwards into the opening.

Eyes narrowed at the falling splinters, Marros sees the sharp edge flying towards his head. Swinging his legs back around, he lets his momentum snap his body around as he twists out to the side. Hanging by one arm, he snatches the smokestick from his teeth, lights it, then activates his anklet, and vanishes...

..only to reappear directly behind the Orc, smoking stick falling slowly from his hands as they blur into motion.."Sunrise flashing over the mountains!"

Okay, so lighting the stick with my fiery fist as a free action (will remove if you rule that as not allowed) , activating anklet of telportation as a swift action, to teleport behind the orc, triggering Flash of Sunset to Flurry of blows. If two of my flurry blows hit, I will use Inexorable Progress of Dawn, tp push the Orc 5 feet forward into the hole.

Designate which is which when you roll.

I remember Maki and Khan making attacks and trips and just wasn't sure how that would work with my large number of attacks.

The manual says you can decide where the attacks GO after you see the dice rolled.
I'd say once the actions are locked in, that's it.
You can looka t a rolled 17, and say, I'll target that at monster A, and look at a rolled 45 and say, I'll target that at monster B.
What I won't allow, is the changing of the KIND of attack.
You see you rolled a 17 and it becomes a trip attempt to take advantage of a low touch score.

As the smoke whirls and billows around him, Marros's eye's flare as they give him a complete sense of the room around him, feeding into all of his senses at once. The feeling, almost overwhelming, has been a familiar one for many years...

Reeling from the loss of blood, he realizes he has to react quickly before the troll can swing again. Twisting around, he strikes in an unimaginable blur, striking at the Troll's nerve centers.. "Icy wind freezes the still pond", his weapon, Falling stone shattering! and his legs, River undercuts the bank!
