Re: Thaumaturge
Like I said, having to take a hiatus for school, or work, or burnout, or family or just because you damn well feel like it is absolutely fine, not a problem at all. Just a 2 line communication saying so is all we need. It seriously is an important skill.

Re: Thaumaturge
No worries, Bibliography will be back, although a lot of it will be quite different. I'll be using my time during Thaumaturge to iron out ideas and really try and improve on the basis of Bibliography. Things will definitely be different, though. During this last year of film-making I've really learned a lot about narrative structure and the importance of concept.
I should definitely upload Bibliography again, maybe to MangaMagazine this time. I still have the files, and it would be a waste if I don't archive them on the net somewhere.

Remember to breath little one.
Good to hear man, Bibliography was my first webcomic that I read, and looked forward to reading. But, it definitely had it's faults, can't wait to see what the revamp will look like. Not to mention the abridged series "I tap that!"
Can't wait to see what happens to Nomen and Wendy, as well(this is the Thaumaturge thread yes?)Chibi Terry Avatar, made by the one the only (until cloning is prefected) Elagune
Read his webcomic Thaumatugre

Re: Thaumaturge
Wonderful. I've been having a few issues with my masteries lately, since I've decided to start a new account. By the way, what is everybody's choice for an AD carry in today's meta? At the moment I'm trying out Varus and Draven, but the former lacks an escape and the latter is way too difficult for me to use.
And hey there, Bel, always nice to meet a huge fan!

Re: Thaumaturge
Good to see Elagune is still in the land of the living. I'm not terribly enthused with MangaMagazine's subscription thing, but at least it means they have money to (hopefully) pay the artists with.

Re: Thaumaturge
Hey guys. Thought it was about time to update you on my status. The good news is that my project is over, the bad part is that it ended on a pretty sour note. I'll into detail more later on a MangaMagazine blog post.
The goodest news is that in the next few days I'll be ironing out the last pages of chapter 3 and getting that online, and then start on chapter 4. Basically, the comic is back!

Re: Thaumaturge
I'd say, there is an even newer page!
Too bad about the animation project - that's hell of a lot of work to redo.In a war it doesn't matter who's right, only who's left.

Re: Thaumaturge
Yes. And it's a common response to intense pre-training speeches, both in fiction and in real life. Especially since she doesn't stutter regularly, we had what, two pages of her talking without stuttering? This is simply one of those informal-to-formal tonal shifts that is common in spoken English that is essentially impossible to convey in this format.

Re: Thaumaturge
Welp, glad to see that I still retain my audience!
The animation thing does suck, but I can't blame it on anybody other than myself. I don't feel too bad, though. I learned a lot and I have an idea for what I want to do next year.
For the moment, I just want to provide some quality comics to you guys.

Re: Thaumaturge
Sad to hear that the project did not end too well, but glad to hear that things are otherwise all right and that you learnt from it, Elagune. Hope next year will be ten-thousand times better, both in learning and in success.
I really like the new pages, the conversation is very well written and the art is possibly even more amazing than usual. The little expressions on the smoke and the headband were adorable in particular. ^_^
Good luck with finishing the chapter!Treasured Quotes
