Re: Thaumaturge
Awesome! Will you be able to post the Midnight Book in its entirety when you finish it?

As someone still slumping, I know how you feel. I'm glad you found your rock to build on. I look forward to everything you produce.

Re: Thaumaturge
Thanks. And I hope you find yours too. I remember reading some of your stuff on League of Legends when I was still an avid player. You seem like a very smart guy, so I'm sure you'll get there.
Maybe, maybe not. If I don't find a publisher, I intend on posting it online somewhere. This time with a set schedule! I really won't have any excuses if I have a finished piece of work and still miss an update.

Re: Thaumaturge
That you will.
Also, I am so glad that some other people, especially high quality people in the industry, have told you what I've been telling you all this time. You have unbelievable talent at this! I know you will do incredibly well! In fact, when you were updating Bibliography, I could see it becoming an anime itself quite easily. It was nicely paced out, introduced a lot of characters, but in a way to make us care for each of them, and explained a rather complex world rather well. It was even a series of puns!
I for one hope, once you get your project of the Midnight Book finished, that you start Bibliography again. It had such potential and a good enough start as is, that I believe it would be a quite popular webcomic.Last edited by Silverraptor; 2014-01-21 at 03:11 AM.

Re: Thaumaturge
I'm glad you're back and in good shape.
They say, that what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger... or cripples you, so I really hope, it's option number 1. I'm not very good with words, so I'll just say: take care of yourself, work hard for your dreams and let us see you rise and shine. In a war it doesn't matter who's right, only who's left.

Re: Thaumaturge
My reaction to your midnight book posts
"What is happening?"
In a shrewd annoyed voice.
"What is going on"
In a confused sad voice.
"Who are these people?"

Re: Thaumaturge
The "young master" appears to be lying down and not responding to the demon, so my guess is that the Midnight Book has sucked out his soul or something, and the demon wants to destroy the Book before it eats anyone else (thereby freeing his master's soul and allowing him to find peace and happiness in eternity).
To that end, he's become the sidekick of the boy in page two, and I guess he's got some empathic powers to sense the girl's (Book-inflicted?) pain.

The Midnight Book is still under wraps at the moment, so I can neither confirm nor deny. Let's talk about Thaumaturge now, eh?

Re: Thaumaturge
Hmm... it looks like they used those two unfortunate sophers after all, or at least that's what it looks like. I wonder, what kind of wicked experiment they did on them. It's that or the others were recycled as well.
edit:
one technical question: does mangamagazine has a link leading always to the newest page of a given comics? It would simplify my bookmarks greatly.Last edited by Radar; 2014-01-22 at 08:36 AM.

Looks like Kentucky Frightened Chicken is getting desperate and he might even be about to go see the protagonists and explain honestly why he wants the land.

Re: Thaumaturge
One of those two got eaten. The other is still in a bag at the police station, unless there's a break-in we haven't been told about. Me, I'm betting it's more mysterious disappearances.
EDIT: I feel I should say something about Wendy since she hasn't really been mentioned but...ohgodthehorrorLast edited by Math_Mage; 2014-01-23 at 05:11 PM.

Re: Thaumaturge
Kind of jarring that he'd call that a miracle, even if it is thaumaturge jargon.

Re: Thaumaturge
In my exprience with robo-arms never quite function the way they should.
Also great to see that Thaumaturge is back.
Great to hear that El is back in good grounds in terms of believing in his ability.
Also good to see that Nomen doesn't know everything, as much as a old wise man drinking tea, a little mystery on the side of the protagonist is always a good thing. Nothing worse then a Mary Sue.Chibi Terry Avatar, made by the one the only (until cloning is prefected) Elagune

Oh goddammit, what's this now?
I don't like the direction that this is going in. I don't like restricting my readers with a forced sign-up. Looks like it might be time to switch hosting again.
