I need some help..

I am looking for a template(s) that would increase my Con and/or Charisma. I currently have 6 levels to spend and i need some ideas... my DM is ok with Template stacking so give me something. If you link Homebrew please link the place you got it.

I think that Spellwarped(in MM3) gives Charisma, I know it gives Int and Con, as well as some other nice things, for +4 LA.

The standard one as far as I'm aware for a relatively cheap Charisma boost is Phrenic (psionics, but can be found in the SRD) for a +4 bonus for +2LA. (It also comes with a few nifty abilities for the CHA-based build.) I hear Saint is good as well, but comes with heavy roleplay requirements.

An interesting one is Ghost. Also only +4 for +5 LA, but comes with a number of abilities useful to a CHA-based build.

In just official materials:
Half-Fey (Fiend Folio), +4 Charisma for +2 LA; -2 Con, though.
Phrenic (already mentioned, Expanded Psionic Handbook but also SRD) +4 Charisma for +2 LA.
Half-Celestial is +4 to both (+4 LA)
Half-Fiend is +2 to both (+4 LA).
Half-Farspawn is +6 Con, +2 Cha (+4 LA, Lords of Madness)
Half-Dragon is +2 to both (+3 LA).
This WotC article talks about customized half-fiends, including half-succubus http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060630a which has +8 Cha and +4 LA.
