The text of Ascetic Rogue actually says that Monk and Rogue levels stack for unarmed damage, and not for sneak attack as you have put it here. I know that the table in Complete Adventure says it the way you have it but in general I find that people use the the text version as the true one instead of the table version. You might want to change that just mention the discussion.
