Maybe what he missed was that love isn't always reciprocated? MM is in love. Kin...not so much and she assumes MM feels the same.

I think she is just in denial. The signs are all there, but he is a human, and humans are horrible creatures. Except for minmax, but still, no touching, unless she needs a hug as they are about to die. But she cant love him.

Heh, she has it bad, but hasnt realized it yet. I think minmax was starting to realize he liked her, but damn that comment was actually a kick somewhere lower than his stomach forgath.

Shipping, bah. I'm talking about plot. Kin's preferred MO to achieve her ends is to jerk people's emotions around, and she's done it to Minmax and Forgath before. It's clear to her that Psimax's plan, whatever it is, is priority numero uno at the moment. Also, her expression in that panel is kind of overly guileless, and if the fourth panel on the previous page doesn't show some kind of acknowledgement of Psimax's analysis, I'll be very surprised.

Either she took that ring off to get it, or she has REAAAALY low strength. Probably needs to wear the thing just to lift her own body off the ground!

Either she took that ring off to get it, or she has REAAAALY low strength. Probably needs to wear the thing just to lift her own body off the ground!

Or since magic rings are common, she has several and keeps that one handy if she ever needs extra str for something. Or its gathering dust in her bags because she got some rings with cool magic effects like the metal band summoning rings and such.

I was going to comment on how you can see him take it off Skorpikin's hand on the previous page, but then i realized those ones are green and yellow, not gray.

Plus I'm pretty sure her blood is red anyway, rather than green. Lip color isn't a question of skin pigment.

It's not lipstick. The question was posed to Thunt over Ustream and he said that's her natural lip color. The same way that she doesn't dye her hair green.

I don't actually agree with that last part. Based on the last comic, Kin does understand why it bothers Minmax, and the fact that it's hard for him is clearyl uncomfortable for her. She's just trying to find an easy way to let him down.

I am willing to believe that she actually isn't capable of love in the sense that Minmax is thinking of, but is still capable of caring deeply for him, and recognizing that fact.

I don't know... Forgath is watching Kin while casting, so...it's possible that the spell was, at least in part, an experiment to see how she reacted.
At least, if I was a cleric, that's what I'd do.
