"Why everything I do of course." Amelia says with a bit of a chuckle. "I only began studying the sword about 4 years ago and I think I have a lot more to learn before I am done though."

Oh. Right. And maybe some food if Irene's cramping stomach has anything to say about it.

She'll stand and give a deep bow. "Thank you for everything you've done. You've been most generous. I will never be able to thank you enough."

It's all about the job interview.
And how willing you are to step in and try to take your friend's recently vacated spot.

"Youuuu..." Ilpholin points at Libra. "Are dangerous. You even threatened your own world just to grab at your former power and you know it."

"However... you have helped me twice now. I will grant you a small aspect of your power back on two conditions. One, you never create a portal or otherwise transport things or people back to that world ever again. And two, you stay away from Cessie, Harnel, and their offspring."

"This isn't a negotiation either, so take it or leave it." Ilpholin clarifies. "And choose which aspect or element you want control over wisely." Something like fire, water, earth, air, or heart. Or whatever similar concept.

A choice which could effect the rest of her life which is why she just spends a whole five seconds thinking about it. "Electricity!" Hopefully she heard the rest of what Ilpholin said...

Ilpholin will go to grant Libra the powers over Electricity! Though since it seems Libra has some ADD, go ahead and build in a fail-safe that if the caveats are ignored/broken, Libra will lose the power.

*POP!* There's a bright flash, and Irene very likely will be standing, or maybe bowing, before Jamie and Amelia.

Of course, if she does appear, it startles everyone in the room. And then the pixies immediately bow their heads in reverence to Neirian.

"Ohh! I owned a microwave once! Then they took it away... I better get it back now, thanks!" Libra says before waving good bye to Ilpholin, quickly running in another direction.

Jamie smiles, and is about to answer, when, POP!

...and after a moment's wide-eyed surprise, she bows respectfully as well.

Irene soon straightens with a great blush. Was this the party already?

"Uh, hi. Sorry to barge in."
"You don't need to bow..." Irene whispers at Jamie. So much awkward. She'll go to move out of the center of the room as soon as socially appropriate.

Lex can probably describe Irene again, but she is the most perfect nymph with the softest, light blue cat ears and cat tail that you'll ever meet. She's wearing a dress made up of what seems to be flower petals in varying shades of blue, in true pixie style.

Amelia smiles at Irene as she appears. " You sure know how to make an entrance. How does it feel to be in your body again? You certainly look great."

Amelia suddenly finds herself wishing she had taken some extra care with how she looked this morning. A girl could get jealous of Irene's looks if they aren't careful.

"Care to join us, everything is delicious."

Jamie, like her player, thought that Neirian was present too. So Jamie straightens up wit a blush. And she looks a bit envious of Irene's perfect nymphiness (nymphitude?), but smiles. And goes to hug her! "It worked!"

Sallianne floats in, looks around a bit, then seeing the others, rushes over. That was amazing! What little I saw of it. she blushes slightly. Neirian's song put us to sleep as well. indicating Frell, the priestess who also witnessed. When we awoke, we were back at the Healing House.

Luckily, Neirian had another assignment for me. she reaches behind her and.....

Offers a small onion to Jamie. Jamie! Pearl calls out and leaps toward the Magical Princess.

Jamie eeps in surprise at the appearance of Pearl, then giggles madly as she goes to catch her oniony friend with a broad grin. "Pearl! I've missed you!"

How is Jamie going to catch pearl while hugging Irene? Recipe for disaster I say!

"It feels just as great. And thanks, I'm starving." Not that Irene can make it to the table. She has a magic princess attacking her.

"Really? You fell asleep during the most beautiful thing you'll ever see or hear?" The song was quite good.
"That's ok. I did too." She didn't even know she could sleep.

Amelia listens to the others talk about the song of Neirian and then looks curiously at the talking onion not having seen one of those before. Amelia will also help get Irene a plate ready so that when she reaches the table she has something to eat.

Jamie eeps in surprise at the appearance of Pearl, then giggles madly as she goes to catch her oniony friend with a broad grin. "Pearl! I've missed you!"

Jamie, who was evidently busy hugging Irene at the same time, is unable to catch Pearl. But that's okay. Pearl runs toward Jamie and they can meet in the middle, and the friends are united. Yay!

"Don't be. She obviously trusts you a lot to have invited you." Irene had to be there. Sallianne didn't but was anyways. That's a good thing.

She'll float over to Amelia.
This results in her falling on her face. She stands up with a very embarrassed blush. "I, uh... sorry."
She'll walk over to Amelia now.

If Amelia was closer she would have tried to catch Irene. As it is she just jerks a bit out of reflex before realizing she has no chance of helping.

"Don't worry about it. How long have you been stuck as a ghost?

Hugs for everyone! And somehow Irene is the only one who manages to fall over.

But once Jamie lets go of her hug of Irene, Pearl gets a big hug too.
"Are you alright? I was worried!"

"I don't know. A couple of years?" Seems that long anyways.

"Wow, it must be great to be back then. I experimented with astral projection a few years back and the feeling of being incorporeal gave me the shivers. The longest I ever managed was half an hour."

Pearl smiles up at Jamie. I missed you, Jamie. But the doctor Miss Judy took me to, healed me up nicely. See? She lifts her shirt, showing everyone her green skin, but there are patches of pink here and there. They had to use skin graps.

Sallianne waits and watches.

"You have no idea." Irene says falling into a seat and falling on the food Amelia gathered for her. "mmmmmm... thank you." She says in between bites. Whatever it is, it's delicious.

[McBish]

Amelia goes back to eating her food as well. She does keep an eye on the conversation between Jamie and Pearl. She has never seen a talking onion before.

And so, Amelia, Irene, and Sallianne eat.

And Jamie and Pearl conversate.

And....

Pearl smiles up at Jamie. I missed you, Jamie. But the doctor Miss Judy took me to, healed me up nicely. See? She lifts her shirt, showing everyone her green skin, but there are patches of pink here and there. They had to use skin graps.

Sallianne waits and watches.

"I'm sorry you got hurt," Jamie says quietly, going to give Pearl a careful but tight hug. "But I'm glad you're alright and you're back with us!"

And it might be time to move on to the party, unless you want to watch Irene eat like a madwoman who has to try real hard to remember her manners. FOOOD.

And so conversations are had. Amelia may or may not meet up with Jellindra, the pixie guard, and have lunch with her.

Irene stuffs her face at breakfast, maybe extending all the way to lunch, though she'd have an awful bellyache the next day, I believe.

It's alright, Jamie. You did not harm me, so I blame you not at all. Pearl and Jamie get reacquainted. Pearl goes where Jamie goes, including sword practice, if Jamie wishes.

{Neirian- the Next Day}

When the threesome awake the next morning, they'll find that Sallianne is waiting for them. She has already showered, and is "bright-eyed and bushy-tailed" as they say. ((Don't ask who "they" are, because I don't know. Just go with it.))

As each of them steps out of the shower, she offers them a pixie dress, made with soft flower petals and cut in a fashion that is flattering to each of them, in colors that they have indicated (during the long three days here) they like.

These are a gift from the Queen, for you to where to the ball tonight. The Queen would like us to sit beside her, as her guests of honor. Sallianne smiles, barely controlling her excitement. This is just so much! she grins more, letting a little excitement escape.

Amelia is totally going to go have lunch with Jellindra, excited to keep meeting new people. She will probably tell Salliane that she was invited out to lunch just so she knows where Amelia is.

{Neirian- the Next Day}

"That is exciting. Sitting with the queen must be quite the honor."

Amelia's dress is dark orange and red, and she falls into old habits spending a long time trying to get her hair under control and looking fancy. It has been a long time since she has gotten to go to a ball, so it takes her some time to pin/band her hair into the right place and get the curls just right.

Amelia is totally going to go have lunch with Jellindra, excited to keep meeting new people. She will probably tell Sallianne that she was invited out to lunch just so she knows where Amelia is.

Amelia will find Jellindra sitting at a table in the guard house, looking about nervously. She looks up just in time to see Amelia step through the doorway and smiles brightly. Oh, hi! she stands up and waves. Then realizing that there was no way Amelia could have missed her, sits back down, blushing. Uh, thanks for coming. she smiles bashfully, as Amelia draws closer.

She's wearing a petal dress, which makes her stand out, since all the rest of the guards are wearing their uniforms as they eat. And it is easy to see she just recently showered and dried hastily, as her hair is still wet, though her wings look fine.
