Depends on whether you go for the jugular veins or the windpipe itself, actually. Carotid restraint (IE, compressing the jugulars and carotid arteries) is the type that knocks people out near-instantly, while literal "chokeholds", which cut off the breathe, take a while and are basically a fancy way to strangle someone. In this case, Kale wouldn't have the slightest clue if Chez even has jugulars, so he's going for the latter.

@Chez: Law enforcement level, probably. As long as he isn't slinging around gattling guns, gattling shotguns, rocket launchers and gattling rocket launchers.

He does not have a Gattling Rocket luancher. But that would be Awesome.

The Minigun (S.A.S.H.A) is a Major Part of Chez's Character, But other wise, I'll Probably take away most of Chez's BIG weapons other than his 'Second Wife.'

Happened to me a while back. Try checking your Proxy Server status to make sure its turned off. All I can really recommend. My personal knowledge is small about this sort of matter.
