Sitting at the table, Grim resisted the urge to order Cream of Sum Yun Gi, especially since it would probably come back to haunt him. Instead, he simply order a combo lo mein and sat back drinking a water. Amber had made her introductions, so now it seemed time for business.

With his half-lidded gaze of seeming laziness, he asked "So ... what did you find out in your whirlwind tour of Double D's?"

"My shirts are pretty fragile." Amber commented ordering just a think of fried rice and a drink.

[Unbeknownst]

"I finally get to see her naked. It's goin' to be wonderful. Liz added after ordering something rather random off the menu, along with a water. If there was one thing she liked about the states, it was complimentary water.

[Starbin]

Grim nodded sagely. "You got to see her naked and we got bitten by contagious ghouls instead." Taking a sip of his drink, he nodded back towards Amber. "So besides a private show and finding out tear-away jerseys are the best clothes for a strip club, what else did you find?"

If asked what the boys had found at the morgue, he shrugged. "Apparently there was a computer, and Doc looked at it. Then he said let's go. So ... no clue."

In addition to complementary water, this place also servers complementary Russian Borsch Soup. The waitress brings the drinks and soups for everyone after taking your orders.

Grim frowned, glancing down at the soup, then back to the server. He looked around the room for a moment, never having had free borscht ANYWHERE, let alone a Chinese restaurant. Add the fact that he couldn't stand beets, and it was an easy decision to not eat the soup.

Brando wasn't really sure of what he had ordered, Chinese just wasn't his food
So, whatever unpronounceable food he had gotten was what he was eating he supposed

Well, it apparently was a fish. Good enough he supposed

"There's nothing really interesting about the dead girls. The reports pointed to OD, by the book. I'm guessing someone living, and being affected would get us more knowledge"

Once he finishes his fish, Brando, without giving much of a damn, starts taking his soup. (Or tries to aniway)

"I didn't get much yet. I ran into Liz here, another wizard, outside but most the time was Brando's girlfriend having us 'practice'." Amber says taking a bite of the soup.

Grim again eyed the two women, then shook his head. "So I guess you guys need to get on the clock and find some subjects for the doc to study.

Hey Doc, maybe Aria could hook you up with a job as a bouncer or something ... give you a reason to be walking around checking on the girls. I guess I could be the creep, but funds being what they are, I don't have extra ching to spend on lap-dances and the like.

Unless you guys need more practice?" He raised an eyebrow before giving the ladies a grin. To Liz, it was a bit disturbing to see Grim smile for the first time ... it's like the ends of his smile stretched a little too far - very reminiscent of Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun video ... or the Chesire Cat.

"You can't afford me, dear." Amber said rolling her eyes. "However, yes, it does seem like most the information I'll need will unfortunately be needed to be gained at the actual job."

Grim started to make a comment about price, then thought better of it, simply leaning back and letting the adults talk.

[Frosty]

The waitress comes back with everyone's actual orders. She looks at Amber and seems to recognize her. "Oh hey, aren't you that one underwear model that got fired? Did you get a new modeling job somewhere? I always loved the line you modeled."

If Brando and Grim asks nicely, maybe Aria will give you guys some funds for the purposes of the investigation?

"Eh...I'm in between jobs at the moment. Making a bit of money on the side while I look for a different company." Amber says hesitantly.

"Well, it's not like Aria would just let you go because we don't need information anymore"

"Doesn't mean I want to work there."

So, what are your plans to get Grim and Brando in there to gather information without arousing suspicion? Grim is more incognito than Brando because Brando is a known associate of Aria.

Liz crunched through her food voraciously, simply obliterating it in the space of less than a minute. "So, Brando, yer a doctor right? Could yeh use that to your advantage? Possibly get in as a personal and trusted doctor of the pretty proprietess?" she asked after she finished. It was poor taste to eat while talking in her opinion.

"Her doctor whas it? I never really considered that, though I'd be wary of whatever it is that made Aria sick..."

[Starbin]

Grim shook his head. "Too bad this isn't one of those places with a doctor on call to make sure the ladies are clean. Wouldn't want customers complaining about getting a Clap Dance ..."

[Frosty]

Time goes by. It's almost time for the first shift of Amber and Liz! Do all four of them go back to DDs?

[Starbin]

Grim finished his meal, leaning back in his seat and waiting for the others. "So ... not sure if we have a plan, but when do you need to go back?

Oh, and if I'm playing stalker, I'll need some cash ... or store coupons from Aria." He glanced at Brando hopefully.

"It's soon. And it seems some things aren' going teh move withoot Aria's help. I would also prefer that less people know what I am. Liz said.

[Major]

Amber glances at the time, "Well, I plan to arrive ten minutes late, so I guess you should head back now then."

[Starbin]

Grim glanced at Liz. "You mean a chick with an accent?" To Amber, he glanced at his watch. "Now what do we do ... let her go first, then follow you in? Or just show up at Pervert O' Clock?"

[Frosty]

Brando is reasonably certain that Aria will provide the money for this operation, although she might try to toy with Grim a bit first. It'd also mean Grim would have to meet with Aria first.

"If you ask nicely she might give you the resources. Now, you're gonna be the one talking, because boyfriends aren't supposed to take money away from their girlfriends"

[Major]

"Of course not, that'd be backwards." Amber said with a smirk. "It'd probably be best to show up near pervert-o-clock. If the person doing...whatever...is watching we don't want too many people seen showing up. It's risky enough that they might recognize me since I'm a Warden. Liz is a new face though so she shouldn't be noticed either."

[Starbin]

Grim nodded to both Brando and Amber. "Sounds suspiciously like a plan. It'd be helpful if you set the stage for your girlie, doc."

Finishing his drink and grabbing his ticket, he nodded to the table, smiling at both ladies. I guess I'll be seeing y'all in a few hours. Or rather, all y'all ..." Snickering he left to pay his bill and depart. There had to be a bar near the club he could get a drink or two in, before it was prime time.

Besides, maybe he'd see something interesting ...
