I think she's bleeding actually, but not REALLY bleeding, just memory bleeding. Things like that happens in dream bubbles when you're "inside" certain memories, even for living people who are just visiting apparently. She's experiencing the moments just after being blinded most likely.

Also, I didn't realize Terezi's treehive was quite so massive. Wow.

I have two uU theories.

Theory #1 - uu and UU are from Earth, in the future after the Condesce takes over and repopulates the world with trolls.

Theory #2 - UU is from the post-scratch troll timeline, whereas uu is from the pre-scratch timeline, and they are playing a really weird session that crosses the two sides of the troll universe. This is why evil UU has a scratch-style thing across his symbol, and why uu is so nice while he is so violent. It's also why he threatens to come to Prospit to murder her, instead of just threatening to go to her actual house.
