"Odd. So then I guess the most rampant pirate disease would be loneliness?" Reinholdt asks, grinning at her as he scoots closer and takes a swig of rum.

Ermine puts on a sham lonely face, not hiding her grin very well at all. The pirate also lies. She was not in need of "company" before she met Reinholdt. <.<

Ven looks around the tavern once more to look for any potential mercenaries, bounty hunters, and the sort. He spots the two pirate-esque folks talking at the table. No, they wouldn't do. There had to be someone here...

"The lack of resources here surprises me."

Ven sighs.

"Well I guess if we want to head out now would be the time."

Wait! I know! We coul' go t' NO! They're a mercenary group!

"NO? I mean yes, not no. Yes, we should go to NO. What an oddly named band of money-blades. Well, I suppose there's no better place to find mercenaries than the headquarters of a mercenary faction. Alright, lead on despicable halfling."

Ermine puts on a sham lonely face, not hiding her grin very well at all. The pirate also lies. She was not in need of "company" before she met Reinholdt. <.<

Yes, I do rather doubt she lacked suitors.

Reinholdt goes to kiss her on the neck and slowly work his way up kissing from there, until he reaches her ear.
"Mmm... well... it's good... we could... cure... that."

Ermine shivers happily and grins, ear twitching.

"Perhaps we could get a back room ta cure it in."

[Reinholdt]

"Really? But we just got he-oh if you absolutely insist." Reinholdt says, nibbling on her ear as his finale, before standing to head to the back room.

"Oh, I do."

Ermine tosses a few coins to one of the bartenders to cover the room and the drinks as they go off to a...

Well they got here fast. Confident Rein is very... eager. Ermine closes the door behind her and locks it, grinning wickedly.

[Reinholdt]

Yet, I don't think Ermine's complaining.
Which pretty much the whole point behind the confidence wish in the first place. Was for Ermine. Mostly.

"Mmm... now, before I can cure you of your dreaded loneliness, I think I need to give you a thorough examination. So sayeth the doctor."

Yeah. For Ermine. Right.

"Oh, do ye? What do ye fink then, "doctor"?"

Ermine starts undressing, eyes flashing mischievously.

[Reinholdt]

Reinholdt openly appreciates this. Ogle, ogle.

"Mmm... I think... you've got a terrible case of the incredibly sexy. I don't think I've ever had to deal with this much beautiful. We might not have enough medicine for it." Reinholdt says, beginning to undress himself, though more slowly for the sole purpose of drawing it out and making Ermine want more.

"Oh, well look who's talkin'..."

Ermine appreciatively ogles Reinholdt back. The confidence only helps his already flaming hawtness.

"Ye might need some medicine yerself."

[Reinholdt]

"Mmmm... it must be contagious. But before I prescribe treatment, I still need to check your temperature..." Reinholdt says, finishing removing the last of his clothes and reaching for Ermine to pull her in and lower the curtains.

Ermine steps forward to embrace Reinholdt eagerly. And without further adieu, the curtains are pulled.

Some time later, they rise again, Rein's arms still wrapped around Ermine. Though whether it's the next day or they're just about to drift off to sleep is a choice I'll leave for Rot.

They're just drifting off to sleep. Ermine snuggles up close to Reinholdt.

"Love ya..."

And then she falls to sleep!

And then time skip to waking up the next day! I take both options! Ermine blinks open her eyes and gives a weaselly yawn.

Cheating pirate!

"Love you too."

Sleep happens.

Waking happens.

Rein looks around a bit. Not quite enough to drink for a hangover, fortunately he supposes. But he can give a big cat-like stretch.

"Hullo."

Look at that! No hangover.

"We didn't even drink very much dat time."

Ermine is not sure if this is an admirable thing or a horrible happening that must be corrected immediately.

[Reinholdt]

"We should correct that. By drinking." Rein says.

"Though I will be horrible and go ahead and admit that I regret nothing."

Rein starts rolling out of bed and takes his time stretching there.

Ermine hops out of bed and starts getting dressed. She wants to drink some more rum!

Rein regrets a lot.
Just not last night.

He does however, get dressed and step out back into the bar proper. Time to drink! Even if it is whatever time of day it is.

It's the Nexus. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is.

Ermine gets herself another rum. How predictable.

"So, found any good treasures lately? Or 'ave ye been busy doin' that redemption ting at tha GLoG?"

[Reinholdt]

"Ah. Working on a bit of both actually, but no good treasure as of yet, sadly. Other than you of course."

Reinholdt swigs rum!

"Heh."

Ermine drinks. Rum! Yay.

"So ye fink tha redemption ting be actually working?"

Well, Reinholdt hasn't destroyed any worlds recently, so maybe. But he is an alcoholic, drug-abusing masochistic hedonist...

[Reinholdt]

It's a serious step up from depressive omnicidal schizophrenic traitor.

"I dunno. I guess. I mean, it's not like too many people bother with me there though, you know? Just... Sophie and Quinn when she's hanging around Tobias. Everyone else but the other redeemees avoid me." Reinholdt frowns.

Everything's relative, I suppose.

"Well dat ain't very nice of them."

Ermine doesn't understand how they could ignore someone so hawt! Er, um, someone who is in such need of redemption.

"If ye ever need any help wit dat, ye can ask me."

The pirate is great at redeeming people!

"Oh? And how would you set about redeeming me, hmm?"
